PR Application via PNP

Hi everyone,
please I'm new here and I seek your professional guidance and necessary information as regards my PR application which I seem not to understand what might be wrong. I submitted our PR application (my spouse and I) since last year October. In December I was asked to do biometrics and same done in January which reflected passed on our individual portal with medicals. Since January I haven't heard or receive any mail from IRCC. I used application tracker all I could see was that my background and eligibility check are in progress while background check for my spouse also shows background verification in progress since January nothing more. please kindly help me with any useful information. It becoming frustrating.

interesting ... I applied to AINP EE (agriculture stream) and with AOR of Jan 24. MY status is similar, mine background is in progress in tracker and eligibility hasn't even started .... its getting frustrated to see no any changes .....

Totally understand how frustrating the wait can be — you're not alone. IRCC processing times can vary a lot depending on the visa office and type of application. Since biometrics and medicals are already passed, and both eligibility and background checks are in progress, it sounds like your file is still moving, just slowly.

Could you please tell more about how do you primary get your work permit? Was it by official law agency, or by yourself - have you been job offered by employer?

There are no jobs on this forum. It is extremely difficult to secure employment from abroad unless you have some very specialized skills that are needed in Canada.

Hi, everyone. Please I got a message today requesting that my spouse should do a medical screening and this same form was sent in December while the medical exams were done on the 2nd of January this year. Pls, I'm confuse, is this normal as the report is barely 6month.what am I supposed to do because till now it's showing as approved if checked on application tracker. Is he supposed to do another one or I should raise a web form or call them. Or is it where he did the medicals that I should contact. I'm really confused.
Also, I notice a change of address on the form sent. My spouse is still in Nigeria but the address in the form is my present address in Canada and I never at any point inform them that he has a change of address. Thanks
