Hi Legalfalcon,
I am 26th March AOR. I received my GCMS notes on 23rd June applied on 27th May, criminality passed, medical passed, security and eligibility - not started.
Further in officer's comments in end - all comments in assessment 11.2 positive but 'Met' is not written and I found in latest updates eligibility : review required.

I took it normal first but then I read at forum that if in email from ATIP they say there is something hidden under assumption 16.1 (c) then it is dangerous, means officer may have some concerns and they are doing investigation or verification. Also blank spaces means hidden words, there is no blank dashes in latest comments on 7th June but on 28th May I received RPRF request , at that time another officer's comments has two dash or blank spaces. I am really worried what it could be. One positive thing they said is sometimes its only officer's name or info hidden but then why eligibility is still review required and not Met.
Someone said in AOR Feb thread that it will change to Met when file will be transferred to local VO.
My officer added NDVO as secondary office on 7th june ( last updated)and assign it to new officer but nothing clear about transfer.

Mine is really simple case, I am single applicant, working with one employer from starting, part time during studies and now full time after completing my studies, My VO is NDVO and I am Ontario PNP.
One more thing in A11.2 assessment notes it says I am working with my employer from 2014 but I am working with him since 2012 but as part time employee and from 2014, I am working as full time employee.

I read your post about 16.1c and felt relieved but still I want to share this whole situation with you and worried about eligibility: review required. Could Investigation be related to work experience also ? Should I expect them to call my employer and should tell him that they can call him? Even after RPRF request they are still not sure about my eligibility, is it normal ? Please guide.

I will have to look into your notes before I can conclusively say anything. I don't want to speculate and scare you. However, s16.1c is not a big issue and many people get it. If you can send your notes to me at my email id, I can have a look at them. Just be advised that you will have to wait for 2-3 days before you hear back from me. I have a bunch of GCMS notes to review.

I would suggest that you just wait and see if you can log in, it would be easier than making a new GC key and linking the application. Let us know if it works and what happened.

Tried 3rd time just now and again got the "account has been locked for 24 hours" message.
Can keep trying again same time tomorrow, but chances of getting into the account are slim at this point.

What would my options be ?

Per my knowledge -
Option 1 : Create a brand new GCKey and try and link to my old profile (which apparently rarely works)... then go through the mess of contacting CIC and waiting 2 months... missing several draws etc....
Option 2 (is it even an option??) : Create a brand new GCKey and Brand new EE profile .... not sure if this is allowed , but i will have two profiles in the system, possibly impacting others and myself (due to rules?)

Really want to make sure i give myself a chance at least to get an ITA in next draw.
Given that my i have not yet got an ITA i'm really hoping that would make things easier.

Appreciate your help @legalfalcon !

Update (June 27th morning) :
Since i couldn't get back into my account, i thought, why not create a new GCKey and take a shot at 'Linking my submitted EE profile to the new GCKey'...... worst case it doesn't work and ill wait for your response/advice :)

Well, guess i got lucky on the first attempt and it linked successfully and i am now able to see my old profile on my new GCKey account. I can see my old messages that i couldn't get to due to being locked out of old account and my profile now says "Open" status.

Does this mean i am good now ? - no further action required until i get an ITA (except gathering documentation of course) ??

If you have successfully linked your application, you are all set. Just make sure you keep your log in details safe this time.

All the best!

Thanks you so much for all the help over the past week or so, Legalfalcon !
I guess i just got lucky with the linking of the profile to new GCKey. Hopefully the luck continues with the upcoming ITA/draw.
Yes....have made note of details after messing it up the first time :) .....+ 1 to you...once i figure out how.

The wait times fluctuate with each application. Have your ordered GCMS notes?

If not, order a set and that will give you an insight. Without the notes it's difficult to predict.

If your profile expired, that means you did not apply for the PR. So your answer will be NO.
You only apply for the EE when you receive a ITA and subsequently file an application.

With the excerpt you have provided it seems that your medicals were asked to be re-examined or reviewed which took time. I cannot comment much without looking at the entirety of the notes. If you would like I can look into your notes and get back to you if you can email me your notes.
