Yes..you could do that..ganun din ginawa nmin..dun s mga hindu applicable n forms for us such as ude of representative and additional dependents ata yun..goodluck

Can anyone here tell me kung gaano ninyo katagal prinocess yung papel ninyo?
and after ba mai-file yung papers, saan sila usually nag-rereply? via mail or e-mail? May nababasa ako, pwede bang ma-check yung status via online account na gagawin sa CIC site?

About sa Medical, Upfront medical ba yung gagawin? Ano yung IMM1017? Sino magpprovide nun? Tumawag kasi yung asawa ko sa St. Luke's sa Manila, sabi nila i-confirm muna kung ano yung sasabihin ng CIC, Eh wala pa naman silang sasabihin kasi hindi pa kami nakakapag-apply, but meron nakalagay sa document checklist na Medical Condition. Ano po ang gagawin?

Meron po ba dito na after makareceived ng AOR2 at pinass na ung mga documents na kulang eh ibinalik sa nyo together po ng letter na Incomplete applications? Tapos nakahighlight po ung NO ORIGINAL PASSPORT at fees sa courrier?

Kasi po nung nareceived ng asawa ko ung AOR2 ndi naman po nila nirequire na ipass namin ung original passport nya tapos ngaun po nakareceived sya ng letter na INCOMPLETE APPLICATION DAW po kasi nga wala po ung original passport ay fees.

Ano po maganda namin gawin

What is her status is canada? Is she a citizen or PR? Did she declare you as her common law partner before she entered Canada? If not then applying as common law may not be a good idea.

Her status in Canada is a Temporary Foreign Worker with an open work permit. It is thru the application that she declared me as a common law partner, we provided the necessary papers as advised.
