hi..good day..i need your help.
nag live in po kmi ng fiance ko for almost 4yrs..and hnd po nya ako dineclare bago po xa mgland sa canada.
we are planning to get married soon pra mkpg apply na kmi..ano po ang gagawin ko, kailangan ko po bang ideclare na nag live-in kmi noon? my mggng problema po ba? pls help..

Dapat dineclare ka niya na common law partner dati pa kahit non-accompanying ka. Pag nalaman ng CEM na qualified ka for common law dati pero di ka niya dineclare maeexclude ka sa Family Class Sponsorship stream forever. Kahit na ikasal pa kayo.

just bring the original passport and other requested documents to the vac and vac will send those to CEM.

So actually, the VAC in Tokyo told me wife she can give them a copy of her passport, which she sent with the Appendix B form they asked us to complete.

We emailed a copy to the Manila of the Appendix B and my wife mailed hard copies of her passport and the appendix B to VAC in Tokyo.

We already purchased her flight ticket - it's for the 8th of July.

But now we are worried - because she didnt get any information in the mail - Manila office asked us to schedule her arrival to canada before 12th of July. So we did - they told us this about the 20th of June - my wife didnt get any Visa information in the mail yet.

Can someone please tell me if Manila office will send her the visa information? On canada immigration website, it says, "decision made" and Manila office said she must come to canada before July 12th...

We have only a week left and we already bought airplane ticket - I really want to see my wife again and we dont want to cancel it. Manila office said if she cannot make it to Canada before the 12th of July, she must submit medical report again.

Please help me, friends!

My timeline is similar to yours. I got the passport request letter on the 27th of June. Any idea how long it will take for them to return the passport? Did you submit it personally to VFS Global in Makati?

i don't remember if we actually submit our chat conversations. But maybe you can get the first few months where they can see the date and then short excerpt from time to time then the latest ones? The things I remember - we submitted a lot of pictures (during his stay, vacation, family gatherings, wedding, honeymoon, etc), remittances, proof of joint accounts and the like. I hope this helps!

sa facebook punta ka general account setting, tas sa bottom me Download a copy of your facebook data. pag nadownload mo yun, open mo lang yung link and you can just do screen shot sa messages nyo since its good na ksama na date and time nun..just be careful cause ung data contains all your messages, photos etc .. kesa mag antay ka pa na magload messages nya from the start. you dont have to copy naman everything eh...

what I did sa convos namin sa fb is iniscreen shot ko ung convo namin na kita kung how many messages ang meron.. then un ung sinend ko sa kanila..
