Hello guys, just a little question Lang.
Is this the right address to send extra documents to Manila visa office?
Level 6-8 RCBC Plaza Tower 2, 1200 6819 Ayala Ave. Makati, Philippines.
And can I also send it thru their email address? I am going to send it as soon as possible. I hope you can help me guys ASAP as I'm running out of time haha. Thank you in advance. Good day to all

Ask ko lang po kung magkakaroon po ba ng conflict sa immgiration officer na nagpakasal ako kht na pumapasok pa ko sa College? January po ako nagpakasal, and 3 months to go na lang po graduation na So wala naman po naging problema in my part. iniisip ko lang po ung sa side po ng immigration officer. hehe

SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS BY EMAIL:

We encourage that you submit documents by email to MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca. When submitting documents as email attachments, ensure that you follow these guidelines:
• Do not use an icloud domain or any file sharing websites
• Each document must be in PDF format (.pdf) and not exceed 2.0MB
• Each PDF file must contain only one type of document. If several documents/forms are requested, save each type of document separately. For example, if you were requested to submit completed IMM5406 Additional Family Information forms for yourself and your spouse, your completed form must be saved in one (1) .PDF file extension name and your spouse’s in another PDF file
• If your submission includes a cover letter, this must be saved separately in one (1) PDF file
• Documents must be readable and easy to view
• The file name of each PDF document must follow this format:
Application number<space>Last Name<space>Given Name<space>Type of Document
Example: E12345678 Smith John Additional Family Information form
REMINDER: Please strictly follow the above guidelines in order to avoid delays in the processing of your application.

Hi, hindi namin siya nisubmit pero better for you to keep a copy of it in case it will be needed for credentials assessment when you're already in CA and planning to pursue higher degrees.

May discrepancy po kasi sa name ko. FROM NAME TO SURNAME PO MALI LAHAT. UNG MALI PO ANG GINAMIT KO NUNG HIGHSCHOOL AKO SO UN PO ANG NAKALAGAY SA DIPLOMA KO. SABI NAMAN PO NG SCHOOL NAMIN SA HIGHSCHOOL AFFIDAVIT LNG KELANGAN PERO HND NA DAW PO PWEDE MABAGO UNG NAME KO SA DIPLOMA KO. SO KAPAG HND NAMAN PO KELANGAN ISUBMIT UNG DIPLOMA DI KO NA PO ISUSUBMIT PARA WALA NA PO CONFLICT.

In my own opinion po, there's no such conflict naman kasi that's your plan. D naman cguro nila pakikialam, para sure na rin when you right your love story don mo na lang explain lahat para makalpante po kayo.

Hindi po need ang diploma sa spousal application. Ang kailangan lang tlga in this application is proof of your genuine and continuing relationship.

In any case, pagawa ka na din ng certificate of discrepancy sa school mo certifying that the name shown on the diploma and your real name is exactly the same person. Para any time na kelangan mo i-present ang highschool diploma mo to whatever event it might be, at least meron ka na certification from your school.

Although you mentioned that both your given name and last name eh may discrepancy, I am assuming na close enough naman yung discrepancy to your real name. For example, instead of "Ma" na dapat pala eh "Maria". If the discrepancy looks quite different to your real name, an Affidavit may be the solution.

My advice is not just for immigration purposes but for other events, just in case, in the future. Mas mabuti na din kasi na habang nandito ka pa eh maayos mo na yung mga dapat na maayos esp if it has to do with your personal information, credentials, etc..

Yes po, yon ang ginawa ko, 3 photos per page. Tipid na tipid pag copy paste lang

nag live in po kmi ng fiance ko for almost 4yrs..and hnd po nya ako dineclare bago po xa mgland sa canada.
we are planning to get married soon pra mkpg apply na kmi..ano po ang gagawin ko, kailangan ko po bang ideclare na nag live-in kmi noon? my mggng problema po ba? pls help..
