Hello guys! Before ko isend tong application ko sa husband ko sa asawa ko sa Canada, pwede niyo po ba icheck kung may kulang sa documents ko? Here are the list:

Will CIC still request for advisory on marriage from NSO if we already have our Marriage Certificate from Vital Statistics of British Columbia and CENOMAR from NSO?

You mentioned CENOMARs, it means you both or that your hubby is/was Filipino citizen at birth. As far as I know, you will have to register your marriage to the Philippine Consulate in Canada so it will also get registered at Philippine Statistics Authority (former NSO). You may submit your CENOMARs, but in any case you are still asked for Advisory on Marriage (AOM), AOM will only be issued if your marriage is already registered at PSA. Let's see what the other members here will say.

The country-specific guidelines for the Philippines mention that if you were married abroad and your marriage isn't registered with the NSO, to provide your original marriage certificate.

Hi, I also got married abroad and we reported our marriage at Philippine consulate then , they will forward to Dfa Manila then to PSA so u can get authenticated report of marriage and AOM. It's still required even u have marriage certificate, although that certificate alone is good enough in Canada as legal doc but not in the Philippines unless it registered (PSA).

no.. ksi wala nman sa checklist ung birth certificate for sponsor ehh!! yes.. required un even though walang ibang ksama spouse mo.. un ung kulang na form sa application ko kaya medyo ngtagal ung samin..

appointment kc samin,, pero share ko nlng ung nakita ko sa mga walk in sa nationwide baguio.. bring mo na lhat ng kailangan nila punta ka sa website nla at tgnan nlng dun mga requirements.. dapat kumpleto na pag andun kana kc ung iba pabalik balik dahil kulang..

no.. ksi wala nman sa checklist ung birth certificate for sponsor ehh!! yes.. required un even though walang ibang ksama spouse mo.. un ung kulang na form sa application ko kaya medyo ngtagal ung samin..

Hi po, sa document checklist ang nkalgay LNG dun imm5406 but wla nman un IMM5645. required tlga nila imm5645 bkit wla sa checklist ?.

kuha ka ng photocopy ng passport mo at dalhin nyo po yung original passport. Passport size na photo at download nyo po yung form dun sa website na yun.

hi? noong nagbakasyon ako pinas last dec-feb nag upfront kami ni hubby nagpunta kami dun ng maaga saktong kabubukas pa lang nila.merong tao sa labas at sasabihin lang upfront ,then bibigyan ka ng papel na pipir,pmahan ,but before ka magpunta check their website para alam mo yung dadalhin.after mapirmahan ng papel ibalik mo sa kanila then magbayad ka na ata.tapos pipicturan pa yata dun sa isang room.ako kasi nakaupo lang pero sabi nila pag madami ng tao sa labas na ako yung magmedical na lang ang nasa loob.anyway ,nag xray, physical exam daw hubby ko .then nagvaccine na mmr vaccine na din si hubby additional bayad din yun.then bumalik siya after 1 month para sa 2nd shot ng vaccine..basta maaga kang magpunta kung upfront kasi konti lang tao pagkarating namin.after 1-2 hrs na dumami na..
