Nope. They're not like that. During my time when it was my bday, we even emailed them asking for update and mentioned it's my bday, they just replied it's still on process. No special occasion would facilitate quicker updates unless I heard from before that they wrote something to embassy like they're getting pregnant (the one in canada) and gave pregnancy details. Thats when they facilitate faster processing but still depends on the visa officer.

-yes I know special occasion would not be a best reason to expedite application, but it's the 8 months of our application this month so I guess there's no harm in praying and wishing for the birthday present

march 29,2016 in process na ecas namin, wala kami aor 2, June 2nd week kami naghingi notes. Delivered sa amin is 1st week july, and pulled data is 28th of june.

Yes, nag order ako pero hindi pa din dumarating yung notes..
how about ang status ninyo sa CIC account? na update na ba nila or dun pa lang sa notes naka update? thanks

Maybe it's already close to completion. I got my visa exactly 9 months.

Tracking ID for what? You can just get it online and sent to your email.
