Re: IMM 5669, did you still write your full name on question no. 2 (Your fullname written in your native language or script)? Or, is it Ok to leave it blank or write NA?

just put NA.. to all the questions that are not applicable to your spouse, it's better to put NA than to leave it blank..

Re: IMM 5406 and other forms as well - Is it okay to combine both type-written and hand-written answers? May certain columns/boxes kasi na hindi kasya yung sagot so I plan to hand write na lang. Ok lang ba yun?

For example, Section A of IMM 5406, on Applicant's row, under Marital Status, the answer "Married - Physically present" does not fit if I were to type it. That's why I'm thinking of handwriting the answer after I printed out the form. The answer as mentioned is based on Guide 3999. Bakit naman kasi kelangan ganun pa ang isagot Pero yung Mother and Father, nilagay ko lang "Married"

Wow, I didn't noticed this one, Nilagay ko LNG Married , now have to ask my husband to add that- physically present hmp,. Maybe other member here can share their insight about this.

You haven't passed the application yet? Sana nga may mag-share dun sa mga nakapag pasa na (new and old). May Proof of Relationship naman and sa photos pa lang ng wedding, obvious naman na physically present pareho

You haven't passed the application yet? Sana nga may mag-share dun sa mga nakapag pasa na (new and old). May Proof of Relationship naman and sa photos pa lang ng wedding, obvious naman na physically present pareho

Not yet, but n kay husband ko na ung mga papers. oo nga nman obviously we have wedding photos and marriage certificate.

1. Original Copy po ba ng eMedical form and isusubmit or pwedeng scanned copy?
2. Pwede po ba ilagay sa box ung application namin? Hindi po kasi magkasya sa long folder kahit pa expandable ung folder ayaw pa rin magkasya Nagbawas na nga po ako ng 100plus pages eh kasi baka umabot ako ng 4kilos LOL. (Photos together-225 pages, Wedding-21pages, Reception-45pages,Communication-89pages, Greetings-19pages) So ano po magandang gawin ko? Paghiwalayin ko nlang po ng folders?
3. Kelangan po bang isubmit ung IMM 3905?
4. Ok lang po gumamit ng correction tape? sa mga pages lang naman ng pictures namin ko gagamitin at hindi po sa mga official forms.
5. Ilang visa photos po ang sinubmit ninyo?

1. Original copy sinubmit ko.. Pero i keep a scanned copy for myself in case n irequest ulit nila..
2. I am not sure kung pwede s box.. Dun kasi s guide.. Envelope lang yung nakaindicate dun..
3. Di rin ako familiar..
4. Di rin ako sure..pero mas maganda siguro sana kung walang alterations..
5. If i'm not mistaken 9 copies ang sinend ko..

yes you have to submit old copies of passport kung saan nakakatak mga visa mo(need kasi to sa IMM5669E_8 for personal history mo). for the new passport yan ang fillout mo sa mo sa forms. saka copy din send mo sa kanila.
