Hi Forum mates,

Good morning to all,

May dahilan ba na ma refuse ang application after PPR ? Or nagka kumplikado sa divorce papers?

Sino po ba dito ang may asawa na divorce bago kayo ikasal? For example, the divorce is done by December 2014 and got married on January 2015? Saan po ba dito ang kumplikado kung matagal na nagkakilala pero bago lang naasikaso ang divorce papers at provided naman lahat nang proofs sa relationship?
Kailangan po ba may gap sa months mula pagka divorce saka papakasal uli?

Any opinion pls?

Hi everyone! So good to read most of you guys received DM or PPR.I'm an August 2014 applicant.the last update we received from Manila embassy was them asking for my clearance in SIngapore last November and since then we never heard anything from them, we are not even sure whether they received the clearance or not. Me and my husband are worried. My medical will expire this July. Just want to ask whether there are any OFWs here also waiting for their visas? Im really hoping i won't have to undergo another medical exam. I'm hoping for everyone to receive more good news in the days ahead. God bless everyone

I'm also OFW and August 2014 applicant. Same with you my medical will be expired on July, hoping my ecas status will change to DM. Last January I got my PPR and they required me additional docs Saudi Police clearance. Today, my status in Ecas is "In process"...

1. We received your application for permanent residence on August 19, 2014.

2. We started processing your application on January 28, 2015.

hi everyone! I am an august 2014 applicant. I received ppr March 6, sent appendix a and passport march 10. right now, i am waiting for our visa to arrive. E-cas changed to DM March 30. How long usually visa will arrive? thanks

Hello po sa lahat! Tanong ko lang kung gaano katagal before ipadala ng CEM yung visa after ng DM? Bale, when I checked our application sa ECAS, it says Decision Made na last March 19-- (though di ko sure kung talagang March 19 ba nag-change, or could be earlier). Another thing, meron bang chance na ma-deny pa rin yung application kahit Decision Made na yung status ng ECAS? Sensiya na po ha! I'm so worried lang talaga kasi. Thank you in advance sa mga sasagot!

hi! want to ask kung nagppr ka na ba? Usually ppr comes right after DM in your Ecas status. But, for some, like mine ppr then ecas changes to DM right after. Embassy won't ask your passport for visa stamping if you are denied. when you are in the ppr and DM stage usually its for sure that your are approved. hope this helps.

hi Godisgood! you mean DM status last april 1, 2015, right? sure, ill update you when visa is received. Hopefully, both of our visa will arrive this week.
God is indeed good. He is never too early nor too late. His timing is always perfect.

I received AOR2 today .. Stating manila received our application on march 17 2015 and additional docs are required .. At least i know they are processing. Godbless all Smiley

hi rachelleking! you will know that it is already ppr when they ask you to send the original passport. usually, along with the passport they will require you to fill out and send back appendix A and recent photo for Visa (appendix B photo specification) . Sometimes, there are also additional requirements like NBI if they needed the recent ones. hope this helps.

Thanks, case to case basis din kasi. May iilan dto na same ng sakin n walang pagbabago sa ecas kht ppr na, ganun pa rin application received pa rin.

hi rachelleking! you will know that it is already ppr when they ask you to send the original passport. usually, along with the passport they will require you to fill out and send back appendix A and recent photo for Visa (appendix B photo specification) . Sometimes, there are also additional requirements like NBI if they needed the recent ones. hope this helps.

Oh Okay, because I did receive an attachment with the appendix A and then it has the photo specifications plus other additional documents that they needed .. so my husband should include his passport with all that required? Thanks
