Hi all. We've just been refused a TRV even though ADR said we should apply cuz our PRV would need to be resubmitted due to a other minor issue due to changes in how they deal with conjugal family class. (I declared we wanted to marry but wanted to do it in Canada so my children could attend. They took that as I have no reason not to be married).

Anyway has anyone else been successful with a TRV while waiting for the PRV?

Hello guys may tanong ako, Yung sa application ko sa given name hindi ko sinama yung middle name ko (dun sa part na hinihingi yung given name) which is yung maiden name ko, magkaka problem ba ako in the future? waiting na lang kame for the visa

Hello everyone. I and my husband are in a relationship since 2009. We just got married last dec. 27 2014. Umuwi sya dito sa Pinas last nov 8 2014 for our wedding prep and went back to Canada last march 5,2015. We are planning to apply for spousal sponsorship. Ang concern lng namin is that if yung 4months stay ba nya dito would affect our application? We went over the forms to be filled up, nkaspecify kasi don yung income for 12 months past the date of application. During his 4 months stay here sa pinas, he was not employed so wala syang income for 4months.
Currently, he is employed. He has 3 part time jobs.
Hoping to hear from anyone soon!

ECAS In process status since October 2014

do u have any additional member added to your application or documents submitted delayed?
I think the reason my ECAS didnt change directly to DM is because I added my Newborn in my application last October 11, 2014. and I was able to comply d new passport of my baby on December 10, 2014.
And my baby's medical exam was November 15, 2014, I passed his NSO Birth certificate on d same date.
CIC Missuag. was informed of the additional dependent (newborn) by the sponsor (my husband) last December 2014.

# I also went abroad middle east last 2003 but wasnt able to secure a police clearance,
until now, the embassy didnt request for a police clearance. but I declared d years I worked abroad and the country.
# waiting For DM Status and my passport held by embassy since September 1, 2014
# I am having Anxiety everyday. Hope everything will be OK

Hi Godisgood29. No, I don't have additional family members added to my application. They still haven't asked for my passport either. Last update that we got was that they started processing my application on January 22, 2015. That's it. My file was transferred to Manila in Oct29,2014. Almost 5 months since it was transferred

hi guys.. is passport still valid kapag may butas ung back cover na kasinglaki ng pinky finger ung circumference? if not, then can i renew my passport while this sponsorhip is in process? im still waiting for any news/ update frm CEM. i hope anyone can shed light on this. what should i do?

No, the gap in income wont affect the application,
but need to explain the situation why there is a gap.
It would help if he can present income from the 12 months
before he traveled to the marriage together with the income
for the last 12 months.. in any case, it wont affect the application.
It is important that he includes you in his INCOME TAX declaration
as his spouse.

Kumusta Sis? Tama ka pagka march 10, ppr din ako gaya mo. Hindi ko ini expect and very wonderful present to us with my husband as our anniversary gift while we are in vacation sa Palawan.
Yong sa akin passport at appendix a lang ang hiningi sa CIC. So about 4 months only til i received my ppr since we sent our application to Mississauga on October 31st, 2014.
Sana sana tuloy tuloy na to sa ating lahat.

Wow congrats! Where are you from the philippines ? We got our dm march 20,2015 and was sent too..hopefully voh this week too!
