SANA makatulong po ang experience namin..
I just got married last Sept 2014. Umuwi po ako ng Philippines and stayed there until December. Then nag file na ng spousal sponsorship.
But before this, I was also sponsored as a dependent child nung uso pa ung age 22. Nkasabit pa! Last 2010 decision made and for medical na kami ng 2 ko na sisters, kaso I got pregnant and declared the pregnancy sa embassy. They then advised me po na to send birth cert ng bata from NSO after ko manganak so deferred ng 9 mos ang application and everything went back to zero.
After I gave birth to my son, immediately sent the requirements last December 2010 and everything went well and ntapos na din medical namin November 23, 2012. At that time super back log ang process nila so inabot ng 2 yrs bago kami nkapagpamedical ulit. And more backlog kasi malapit na mag expire ang medical wala pa result. Until early October 2013 my mother sa Calgary called CIC kasi super tagal and lagpas na sa processing times nila. So they checked and October 21, 2013 a call came from CIC MANILA stating that we need to get out of Philippines and mpunta ng Canada before November 23, 2014. So she asked me kung kaya namin and I said yes, visa nlang ang hinihintay and any minute we can go to Canada. Then we went for it but there are other documents asked before they gave us our visa. Since the father of my chid is not coming, they made me furnish a signed consent form from the father. And we went back in the embassy 3 times for additional documents. And there, we arrived sa Canada Nov. 21, 2013. Although I never thought that I was pregnant with my 2nd child nung papunta na kmi ng Canada. Then after giving birth We decided to get married. And hopefully everything will be in God's plan and siya nalang hinihintay namin ng mga bata.
