Naka note po kc na they strongly recommend yun new red passport daw which is machine readable passport pero upon I checked yun maroon passport ko yun nmn po ang nkalagay, , machine readable nmn.confused lang po what to do..

Kung nlilito k s new passport check on google kc ung latest passport ang hinihingi ng embassy ung my rectangle pic s baba ng pasaporte...

New passport na yan. Mag kakulay lang ang old at new parehas maroon.
But ung new is boimetric . Old is machine readable.

Thanks po.may idea po ba kayo kung ilan weeks or month kpag pinarenew? Mali po pala, dec 2012na po nun narenew ko..so it means old pa un passport ko.dpat kc june 2013 kaso na renew ng earlier. By appointment po ba sa dfa?

Yes, by appointment po. Punta k Lang sa website ng dfa for that. Kung gov't employee ka, no need. Separate ang floor n pupunthan. Then Kung gano po ktgal, I think ongoing maintenance ang dfa so 2 months po ata ayon as news. Pero mga march ko p narinig yun. Baka back to normal n sila which is 1 week - 2 weeks.

2012 din aku kumuha ng passport validity nito is 2017 ito na yong sinasabi na e passport which is maroon and mayron chip sa baba

Ask ko lang sa mga nag PPR na, yun REd coloured passport po ba pinass nyo? Kc maroon pa po yun akin which was renewed last year.pano po yun mag rerenew ulit ako? Salamat po

Most if not all non-machine readable passports (the green ones) should be expired by now.

All machine readable passports issued by the Philippines are maroon. The biometric passports (the newer ones) look exactly like the machine readable passports except that they have a harder cover and a small gold stamp on the cover that looks like a sim card.

Hello guys

New to the forum. May tanong lang po sana if someone can help me.

I am sponsoring my husband. He was a seaman and has now put in his resignation from the cruise line that he was working for while we are in the process of his papers.

Last contract nya he was in the cruise ship for 9 months. His port was Miami FL.

Does anyone here know how he can obtain police clearance from the US? I didn't include this in the package when I sent our papers in but reading the forum it seems like they will be asking for this police clearance so I wanted to be proactive and for him to obtain this now that way he has it with him when they do request because I am sure it will take some time to obtain the clearance.

Kung pwede makahingi ng help if anyone has an idea on how to do this please.

Maybe I will be lucky na may sponsor dito na seaman din ang applicant nila. Please help.

Thanks po sa lahat ng sumagot sa question ko.
May tanong pa po ako..Kasama po sa PPR ko ang written explanation from my husband about po sa biological mother nun dineclared nyang child nya po.Unang una po wala clang relationship pero may nangyari po sa knila. Wala rin po proof na sya ang biological na tatay pero po sinusuportahan nya un bata.Dna test not yet done.Hindi po kasama sa application package un dineclared nyang bata.Sa kanya daw po kaya nya nilgay sa data nya ay para hindi na mahirapan kpag sakaling mapatunayan na anak nya un at gusto nyang kunin.Ang sa akin nmn po, hindi po kaya maaapektuhan ang pag bibigay ng visa sa akin? try nyo po sa american consulate..kasi ako nagwork sa lebanon for 2 years then nong inaply ng hubby ko kumuha ako ng police clearance sa Lebanon connsulate.it takes 3 to 6 months but i was so thankful kasi i had it after 3 months..
