comarxx sa application namin philippine address nilagay ko.So pag order ko ng receipt yong name ng asawa ko ilagay ko and then yong address sa mother niya?baka pagdeliver ng receipt hahanapin asawa ko don eh andito siya pinas.hehehehe,ilalagay lang ba nila sa mail ox pagdeliver ng receipt?or kailangan e received o pirmahan?thanks

Yup, thats about it po. Name ng husband mo and then address of your in laws. Okay lang mag received parents ng husband mo. Kung yun sa september applicant yata nung pinadala yun visa nya wala sya so her big sister received her visa from dhl. Cheers!

Oo nga po e. Balita ko rin dun s mga nakasabay ko sa seminar nambabagsak sila talaga kaya maraming re-medical sa kanila. Saka very accomodating daw po ang mga staff nila. Kaka accredit lang sa kanila e last Feb po.

Anyway po, may additional info pa po ako. For sponsored spouses or common law/conjugal partners Appendix C na form po yung gagamitin.
Ito po pala yung mga additional requirements na kailangan natin pagputna doon:
When you and your family members go for your medical examination, make sure you have this sheet completed for each person, along with the following items:

•passports for yourself and your family members, plus a photocopy of the bio-data page of each passport. If a passport is not available, provide an official identity document bearing the photo and date of birth of the family member;
•eye glasses or contact lenses, if you or your family members wear them;
•previous medical report(s), if any. You must tell the examining doctor about all past and present medical problems and conditions, and provide the doctor with any available documentation such as physician's reports, treatment or prescriptions; and
•five recent pictures taken within six months preceding the date of the examination and, where applicable, a negative for yourself and your family members (see section on photos in the instructions on how to complete the Application for permanent residence).
Make an appointment with one of the doctors identified on the enclosed list. A Medical Report, Section A (form IMM 1017 EFC) will be completed at the doctor's office for yourself and each of your family members undergoing the medical exam. A photo of the person to be examined by the doctor will be affixed on both copies of that person's form. This form is used to match your medical file to your immigrant file.

Diba Aor na po yan? The fact na naka acknowledge na sa ecas. It means na sa manila na po since started processing na po. By the way na check nyo pala parehas yun uci for you and immigration file # sa husband mo? Goodluck po!

Hi comarxx just want to know kasi nung napprove yung husband ko as a sponsor along with the letter is yung uci and file number nung application yun ba yung sinasabi mo na icheck parehas? Or merong pang ibang uci at file number for my application as a pr? Got confused kasi nung sinabi mong icheck parehas.

Sorry po hahaha what i meant is yung uci # is for sponsor and immig file # naman is for the sponsored person. Usually kasi if napasa na sa vo office na mag process ng application may nakalagay sa ecas ng sponsored person na application received. It means aor(acknowlegement of receipt) Thats it!

I see... pag nagccheck kasi ako uci lagi gamit ko den info ng hubby ko kasi pag file number gamit ko ayaw. Pro sabi naman sa amin natransfer na nung march pa. Saka sa ecas yun nakalagay app receive and med receive. I guess nasa pila naman na kami sa cem yun nga lang medyo mahaba pa pila.Hahaha... Hintay hintay din muna ako dito sa forum. Thanks ha...

comarxx pagmagbabayad ba sa bank ng canada kukunin paba pangalan ng nagbabayad?kasi mother o sister lang ng asawa ko ang magbabayad ng fees namin don sa canada on our behalf po.clarify ko lang po andito po kami sa pinas ng asawa ko and then pag order namin ng receipt fees ilalagay ko ang name ng asawa ko and then sa address sa mother in-law ko.thanks

Yes po, taxi lang ang pinakamdali sakyan papunta doon. I am from Manila po. But my Dad is from Albay.

Ako rin po magpapa red-ribbon ng school records sa University namin sa PLM sa Manila.
