i just for told i need to have a Cenomar to my requirements also its on the kit:

IDENTITY AND CIVIL STATUS DOCUMENTS
1) For the Philippines
The following original documents are required for you (principal applicant, regardless of age) and
for each of your dependent children, if applicable:
• Birth Certificate
• Marriage Certificate
• Death Certificate
• No record of marriage (CENOMAR) or Advisory on marriages
These documents must be issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) and printed on NSO paper.

my question is this only for me as the applicant or should i also request one for my wife (sponsor)? should i request a new one which my status is married already.

You cant get married or you cant apply for a marriage license w/o CENOMAR i took that before then I kept it and attached in our Application then after we got married I took 2 copies of Marriage Certificate from NSO together with it my AOR 1 for me (Applicant) and I gave 1 for my sponsor because we both attached those before on our Application base on the checklist. I got those because my God father working in Municipal Hall and they're the one gave me the request in NSO to get my Marriage Certificate together with AOM .

Before we got married we need to have requirements to get a Marriage License and this are CENOMAR or singleness for the Filipino Citizen (the Applicant its me from NSO) then Legal Capacity for the Canadian Citizen for my Sponsor (my sponsor singleness we took it from the Canadian Embassy Manila) .

For the Applicants staying in the Philippines and Filipino Citizens before we got married we need to have or to get a CENOMAR so we can apply for a Marriage License because that's the rules in the Philippines. NSO office can only issue a CENOMAR if a person or citizen is still single. Like what I did before , they issue me CENOMAR before for my Marriage License requirements.

Then, after I got married I requested in NSO for my Marriage Certificate andAOM then NSO issued me Marriage Cetificate and AOM Advisory on Marriage.

Sa NSO, nung kukuha ako ng AOM, ang sabi sakin nung nag a assist, CENOMAR lang daw ang makukuha kasi same lang yun nung AOM so Cenomar ko lang ang nakuha ko..

Basta po pag married na ang status mo di na po pwede makakuha ng CENOMAR kasi ibibigay na po nila ay AOM advisory of marriage. Ganun po talaga pag bagong kasal at first time kukuha ng Marriage Certificate at AOM personally ang ang pagkuha pero pag second time na po kukuha or magrerequest pwede na po online tulad ng ginawa ko bago ako umalis dyan sa online na ako kumuha ng Marriage Certificate namin at pinadeliver ko nalang sa bahay nung nandyan pa po ako sa Pinas. Eto po ang link ng NSO online service kung sakali na second time na pagkuha para less hassle sa pili at byahe:
