It seems that Octoberians are in tension, its too quiet here!
A prayer would be good for all us:

Dear God, bless each and everyone here who are waiting to be with their love ones, you know what we are going through. We miss our beloved so much that sometimes we just cry out when we talk to them by phone or by web. It gets even more hard when we have misunderstandings with our hubby and we want to just hug them and make it ok, but we can't. It's not enough to just say "i love you" and we can't even express it totally. It's too difficult to be far away, it seems like we want to explode, but we cannot do anything...
Lord, You have told us in Scriptures that a family should not be separated, I truly submit my faith on You Dear God that in your right will and time, we will be with them. I fervently pray to You that all of us here will be granted with visa by Your grace.
I lift up everything to You, in the Name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Amen.

...Sam, napaiyak ako sayo habang binabasa ko ang prayers na ito..Sam, be patient minsan kasi pag mahal tayo ng panginoon susubukan Niya tayo hanggnag saan ang tibay natin. Importanti na kahit medyo bumgal ang ecas mo atleast October pa expired ang medical mo..yan ang babantayan natin. Malay mo next week si DHL ay kakatok na sa pintoan

hi ate balaize, nabasa ko lang yuang prayer ni prayersword which was posted weeks ago kaya naisipan ko lang na ipost ulit para sa mga naghihintay. Sana nga ate dumating na. non stop na kasi yung isip ko ... kung ano na ba nangyari.. hope di ako makalimutan ng VO.

Thanks.. Kasi may nareceived ako na medical request eh medical ko last september 2011.. Kaya taka lang ako kung remedical ako..

yes, you...one year ang validity ng medical natin..wala pa ba?baka next week na..more prayers...

Wala pa tawag nung clinic eh kung anu nangyari sa medical ko.. Nag email na din ako sa CEM wala pa din reply.. Not sure kung magpapamedical ako ulit..

Hello po sa lahat sana tawagan na rin ang asawa ko for appointment for his PR sa vancouver... Sabi kc sa immigration office it can take up to 3 months b4 he called for appointment since he reciv the letter dated march 5th as a complete application and now waiting for his appointment..
Ask ko lng po sa mga nkakaalam inaabot ba tlga ng 3 months bago tawagan for appointment for the PR VISA? Under live in caregiver po ang asawa ko plssss help po.....

Just want to share this with you guys..

Nung nagpass kami ng asawa ko ng application sa Canadian Embassy pareho kami sobrang kabado. We were both thinking how long it will take bago ulit kami magkasama and magkita at kung maa-approve ba yung visa nya. Kinakabahan din kami kung maniniwala ba yung Visa Officer sa storya naming dalawa at isa pa sobrang bata pa namin (22 years old lang kami pareho but we were together na since Grade6 pa lang). Alam naman natin lahat na sobrang mahirap at nakakalungkot talaga ang magkalayo. December 2011 yun nung nagfile ako sa Canadian Embassy ng sponsorship for him. At since malapit na magchristmas sabi namin pareho kukumpletuhin namin yung Simbang Gabi kasi meron din naman nun dito sa Canada, and so we both did! Umaasa kami pareho na after makumpleto ang Simbang Gabi ay magwish na sana walang maging problema sa papers namin at sana hindi na matagalan pa. Wala na kami pakialam kung totoo ba yung mga wish na ganun pero sa mga panahong yun tanging wishes and prayers lang ang kasama namin sa journey na to. Hanggang sa paunti-unting nagkakaron ng updates sa papers, sabi namin mukhang effective nga yung wish sa Simbang Gabi, pag attend ng mass, pag attend ng Novena, at pagdadasal. Pero syempre habang pina-process yung applications hindi din naman maiiwsan yung moments na pareho na kami frustrated kung kailan na ba sya makakapunta dito at minsan nga umaabot pa sa tampuhan at awayan pag naguusap kami. But I guess ang mas nakatulong samin ay yung matibay na faith kay God at love namin sa isa't isa para malampasan ang lahat. Hanggang sa eto April na at lagi namin dinadasal na sana birthday gift na lang ni God sa kanya ay yung ma-grant yung Visa nya papunta dito.

At sa wakas.. this is it! Canadian Immigration issued his Visa last April 17, 2012 (my hubby's birthday!). Sobrang naiyak ako kasi sa wakas natupad na lahat ng dinasal namin. We are both super happy!

Hindi ko po isinulat ito para mang-inggit sa mga wala pang Visa at sa mga naghihintay pa din. Ginawa ko po ito para maka-inspire sa lahat na totoo pong tinutupad ni God ang mga dasal natin. Kailangan lang natin maghintay at tibayan ang faith sa kanya. Sabi nga diba "Good things come to those who wait". Kaya wag po kayo mag-alala kasi in God's perfect time, makakasama nyo din ang mga loved ones nyo.

Salamat po sa lahat ng mga tumulong sa akin sa forum na ito and in return, I promise to pay it forward. Sa mga kailangan din ng tulong hindi ako magdadalawang isip na sagutin ang mga tanong nyo kung alam ko naman para at least sa ganong paraan ay makatulong din ako.

Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1)

May God shine upon us as we go through this difficult process, ease our minds and strengthen us. I know he hears each and everyone of us and he feels our longing to be with the person we love. I wish for everyone to keep your faith. I know it is easier said than done, but there is nothing we can do at the moment but pray. I believe how powerful a prayer is. Do not give up hoping and never stop praying. We will all get answers soon.

sabay yung file transfer natin dec 13. Pero mas nauna yung ppr ko syo dumating sakin dec 27 and I sent my passport on the same day. Mag 4 months na ang passport ko sa kanila :'( :'( :'(
