Applying for local license in Canada is almost the same as applying for a visa with them. Some are lucky when their package lands in the hands of a lenient officer, while some are not so lucky and getting a hard time. I say this because I've read some post comments on one's blog wherein just showing the OR of their Philippine license (as they apply for a local license in Canada), they automatically gets credit so they already get to skip 1st level test. With some applicants, showing the OR or their Philippine license were not being accepted. Instead, they were asked to get Authenticated Certification from our LTO office here.
