Hmm we didn't have any dependents so I can't comment on if there are income requirements if the dependent is already a Canadian citizen. She can call the CIC call center to clarify but I found this link on the website that has the schedule of income requirements for dependents who are being sponsored http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/3900ETOC.aspaldrinisko said:That was very clear and informative!
Sooner or later we'll start the process, were just gathering some necessary documents.
Does it matter ba kung may dependent yung sponsor ko? Meron syang isang anak, she went there 8monts pregnant, she was not married to that baby's father. Citizen n ung bata don as per canadian law. And as of now shes working 5days a week 5hrs per day sa Tim Hortons, but later on maghealtcare na sya kapapasa lng nya sa HCA exams. Magmatter b ang financial status nya saka ung sakin kasi di ganong kataas sahod ko dito sa Dubai.
Cheers
Spouse sponsorship without dependents doesn't have any income requirements as long as the sponsor is not bankrupt, have criminal history or is on welfare support from the government (there is a more comprehensive list on the CIC website for the sponsor requirements).
