yes he never get married were both single no kids yet. how much is the legal capacity?

Just an update:
Husband finished his remed yesterday at St. Lukes Ermita. He paid 5,250php for the regular med exam, but they also asked him another 2,700php for HIV and Hepa because he used to have an ear pierce when he was elementary, what a rip off!!
Anyway, we don't really care about the money anymore. I just hope they would forward it to the embassy ASAP.

You can also get it at the consulate in Cebu. I got mine there last year before our wedding.
