I mean the husband of my sister in law. he was a PR holder 2yrs from now. He did not declared his son as a dependent child before and after he land to canada that time. Her husband came home in the phil last yr dec and they got married. Last 2 months ago Aug they file application family class to cic. Her husband called his Mp whats going on his application and the MP said on oct 1 his application was decision made, the letter will be mailed to him not email. On 18th of Oct her husband got his letter it is stated his application is denied as a sponsor coz his son he did not declared as a dependent child. And then now they try to resolve a problem to his lawyer. If you dont mine what do you think they have a chance to migrate her son to canada? how many percent chances is?

not sure with this but I think he will not be able to sponsor his child it was stated clearly in the forms that you need to declare all dependents else loose the chance to sponsor them in the future chances are slim but I think appealing with a lawyer is the best solution at this point.

I was just wondering if you needed to send a consent form from the applicant? I'm the sponsor and hubby is the applicant kasi. Do you have any idea if they provide a consent form from this website where you can request for the GCMS notes? Hoping for you response on this po. Thank you in advance.

lahat,papuntahin nyo po muna ung friend nyo na nasa china don sa kuhaan ng police clearance at
ikuha ka ng form.magtanong na din po sya kng ano ang mga requirements ng non appearance.ndi
ko po kc sure ang policy ng shenzhen eh kc po ako eh sa macau kumuha kaya sa macau po ang alam
ko kng pano kumuha,kaya po tinanong kita nun kng saan ka sa china kc po my form pa ako dito sakin
ng police clearance non appearance,ibibigay ko po sana sa inyo kaya lng po ndi po pala kau sa macau.
ung friend nyo po na nasa china ang makakatulong sau kc sya po ang andon.

papuntahin nyo po muna ung friend nyo na nasa china kng saan nakuha ng police clearance don at
tanong sya kng pano kuha ng police clearance mo na wala na sa china.ganun po kc ang ginawa ko eh.
