Kmusta sa lahat ng forum members.. Me tanong lang sana ako at sana ma advise ako ng iba na me similar experience sa processing ng Conjugal/ SPousal sponsorship..eto po ang timeline namin:

May 8,2011 --Submit application to Mississauga
June 8,2011 -- Sponsorhip approved
June 27, 2011-- File transferred to CEM Manila
June 28th-- meds results received at Manila CEM
July 12,2011- Passport requests and Appendix A
August 8th - Passport submitted and Appendiz A received by CE Manila

since August wala na kaming nareceive na update from CIC..Our ECAS status since June 27th,2011 says

We received your application --June 27,2011
Medical Results have been received - June 27

Its almost 6mos na since file has been transferred to CIC Manila and 4 months since we submitted the passport and Appendix A. I sent an email last end of OCtober just to check if they did recieved the passport and appendix A pero no response sila. It says on the CIC website " applications are being processed on a 10 month average and you may not get a response if your application falls on the average processing time"
My question: Is it advisable to drop in at the CIC in Manila to follow up or get an update at this point? Pauwi kasi ako this December 30th till mid january 2012..we just want to know kung ano pa kaya requirements nila since since August that we submitted appendix a and passport eh wala na silang ni require to submit or even an update on ECAS..
Any advise or comment would be highly appreciated mga ka forum..

all you can do now is wait..

its not advisable to follow up applications within the processing time.. its a big NO NO..

my history na ba dito sa ating thread na denied ang sponsored wife/husband nya? la lang am just curious..pag ganito kasing nasa waiting time ka..lahat ng possible things maiisip mu..hehe

it's my 3rd week of waiting since i submitted my passport to CEM.

mababaliw ka talaga sa pag aantay. Kung ano ano ang naiisip at pumapasok sa utak ko :'(

hi rochshock.. pareho pala tayo, i sent mine last november 14 thru LBC, my 3rd week today.. i keep on logging ecas and emails daily minsan bago matulog baka sakaling makita ko na DM na ako but there's no update on my ecas since october.. dont know nga kung narcvd nila ang passport ko.. when did u submit yours? thru LBC/DHL din ba?

I sent my passport last Nov 15. Hinulog ko sya at CEM office- RCBC bldg basement4 (B4).

thanks! bound to edmonton, alberta naman ako..si hubby ang nasa canada..sana naman kasi ibigay na nila yung hinihintay natin..sobrang nakakaloka na talaga! hehe.. medyo bumibili na ako ng pakonte konteng mga gamit ko like luggage ( inde naman masyadong excited.. lolz!) minsan napapanaginipan ko na lang nakasakay na daw ako ng plane.. =))

..pareho tayo mas marami pa akong time sa pagsilip sa ecas ko at sa forum kesa mag update ng work ko dito sa ofis.. hahahah!! medyo tinatamad na din kasi ako magtrabaho e =))

hello po sa lahat. May alam po ba kayo na freight forwarder para maisend ko mga gamit pambahay (bed, ref, clothes, etc.) from Manila to Mindanao? Kung may alam po kayo, please let me know naman. Thanks po sa lahat.

Hello po! Ask ko lang po kung meron dito katulad ng situation ko. Kasi I just checked my eCAS and nag-reflect ung mailing address ko. Ang problema kasi house number, brgy, municipality at country lang nakalagay sa mailing address. Wala ung province. Sa tingin niyo po magkakaroon ng problema sa delivery ng AOR/PPR letter ko? Thanks.

hello po..magtanong din po ako...sa e-cas, kaninong home address will show...ur sponsor or urs (sponsored person)? in my e-cas address ng hubby ko ang nandoon since xa ang nagregister sa e-cas....tama ba to??tnx po

U could send a email sa immigtration to correct ur adress.

after 1 month na nawala ako frm this forum, im back whew 6 weeks to go and im leaving na, then pass ko hubby's application and and then the waiting begins na and nakikita ko na di nabbawasan ung 60plus days for sponsorship approval para sa mga naissuehan na ng visa lately, did the whole process still take more or less 6 months gaya pa rin ng normal before? i know sa website sabi normal is 10 months pero ive observed sa mga timelines na average is 6 months...

processing of application is different from one another, kasi ibat ibang V.O ang may hawak.. swertehan if not more than 6 months.. yung iba nga 1 year.. so mahirap masabi if ilang months talaga..
