Sa lette ng cic, wrong spelling din yung middle name niya. but all the documents are correct. What shall i do with this?

meron ka pang chance na ulitin yung tama, the last one pag pinasubmit na yung passport, in a document called Appendix-A. Alangan naman ikaw ang kwestyonin at pag-explainin sa mali nila. Ang importante matatakan ng visa yung passport. e lalo namang walang mali dun. Sa COPR nga na pinakaimportante sa lahat e marami ding mali, kaya lang, sinasabi din nila doon na pagdating mo ikokorek sa harap na visa offficer pag landing mo, bago mo pirmahan.

kung aabalahin mo pa sila diyan e baka makadelay. Sa tingin mo tatanungin ka bakit mali yung sinulat nila? sa address portion lang naman ng letter yan diba?

question lang sa medicals - those in metro manila. I received a scanned copy of the medical request letter with medical report:section A.

acceptable ba yung scanned copy or kailangan yung original copy from the embassy?

i called timbol clinic coz dun kami last year nag pamedicals and sabi okay lang...pero sabi ng rep namin client nila sa davao sabi dun kailangan original.

SA cebu nagpa medical ako sabi ng doctor if mawala kailangan magpa medical ulit if photocopy is not acceptable.....thats wat she said....

nationwide cebu.. sabi nya if mawala ko daw ang kami na pirmado nya i cannot ask another copy.. i need to redo medical again pay the fees again too....but maybe ang xray lng yata di puede if u say that u just had recently ur xray not pass one year yet..

sorry nagkamali ako ng pindot naerase yung post. anyway, ang sinasabi nyang copy ay yung blank forms pa lang, at depende na yan sa clinic kung tatanggapin nila, and as he said, yes daw.

I agree with you na dapat original ang medical report na isusubmit, whether this was prepared on xerox blank form or the originally furnished form.

binibiro ka lang siguro nun, dahil gastos nga naman at abala ang magreconstruct ng report. Hindi lang maderetso na babayaran mo. Pero para kunan ka uli ng dugo at kung ano ano pa e mali naman na yata yun, samantalang mas madali kopyahin yung file nila. Kahit pa pabayaran nila uli ng buo yun fee, para sa akin ok lang, wag lang ulitin ang exams. ang hirap kaya umihi pag di ka naiihi, at tutusukin ka uli para sa dugo? wtf.
