I think your case may fall outside of the 80%.

HI,

ECAS Status : In-process

1. We received your application for permanent residence on January 7, 2016.
2. We started processing your application on March 14, 2016.
3. Medical results have been received.

So at which stage my application is, how long will it take ? :/

i thought timeframe for Outland applications is 17 months. That's what CIC website states.
For straight forward applications it's more like 3-6 months lately. However, now that it's come to light you've had multiple issues with your application it doesn't surprise me that your application has taken this long. Did you end up being able to get a medical for the child? Unless this is resolved in some way that application will likely not receive a decision for quite a while.

The applicant has a child from a previous relationship who has not been medically examined.

hi,

Can anyone help me with the format of "Statutory Declaration" for conjugal partnership?
Is there a formal and an informal format for this?
What is more effective?
Is it ok to submit a declaration with same format?

I am hoping to hear from you guys!

Thank you!

One more question. I just sow that my wife first has to apply to be approved to be sponsor.
Now i dont get that part. do i do that before or is it just that paper she fils and i send it all at the same time..and there are 2 adreses one is in Alberta and another one in Ontario..each checklist i print out has diferent adress to send papers in. so which one is real one.

I presume your spouse has a status in Canada. Hence you can submit your application under the in-Canada category. Please refer to the following link.

Also, he may choose to send an application for an OWP (Open Work Permit).

People in Canada without legal status are still submitting Inland applications, but they do not qualify for the OWP until they reach AIP stage (which is ~ 17 months). If the OP's spouse is in Canada (with status) and desires to work ASAP, then Inland route with OWP is worth considering. If the objective is to complete the entire process ASAP (without the OWP), then an Outland application may be a better choice, depending on where the spouse is from, as processing times still vary between visa offices.

Hi Everyone.

Just a quick question.

Some people include their flight ticket as a proof of relationship. But did you guys really kept every flight tickets ? I threw all of them in the trash after every travel.

Is there anyway to get a these tickets or a track record back ?

Thank you

Canada Post is a national mail service, not a private courier. Private couriers are places like Fedex, UPS, Puralator, etc.
That means if I m sending through Canada post priority mail , its not the correct address.then would it be Case Processing Centre ─ Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, Ontario
L5A 4N6

Can someone help me with the correct address if i am sending through Canada post priority mail?

Have anyone been in this situation or have thoughts?
I came to Canada and got all necessary stamps in my passport and work permit is stapled also to it. I applied and got a new passport during my living in Canada, because the old one was going to expire in this year.
So I included this new passport in my PR & OWP application because I was thinking old one is not relevant when having new one. But now I started to wondering my old passport number in the work permit and copy of my passport page showing my coming to Canada. Can they doubt something because of it?
