As we read the email sent to us by the immigration, the is no attached application form. I also tried to look one in Canadian Immigration website but failed. Can you please help or advise what should my mom do? We also sent email to canada immigration telling them that they might have missed out to attach the application form. I hope someone can help me regarding this.

Here is a detailed presentation about ARCs that might be useful: http://www.capic.ca/pdfs/ARC%20FSW%20Aug15.pdf

Note that it explicitly says that some countries do not have forms, in which case a TRV form should be completed and submitted. My suggestion would be to send an inquiry back to the visa office and state: "Please note that no form was attached to your e-mail. Accordingly, unless we hear otherwise, we will be completing the general Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) form and submitting it to your office along with the other required documents."

Odds are you won't heard back, so you can just send the TRV application along with everything else. When you do send in all the documentation they have requested, I'd also include a cover letter with a copy of your e-mail explaining the reason for the TRV application.

Good luck!

Good day everyone. Please I have a question regarding the Note I ordered. What is the meaning of APPLICANTION ASSIGNMENT?
The first note we ordered the due date for Application Assignment was Oct.30 2014.
The new note the due date for Application Assignment is Oct.22 2015. (My file was transferred to AVO last year August)

Hi all, need some urgent help.

I am in the final stages of filling out an outland application. My wife did her up front medical on 29th in New Delhi and the staff there told her to make sure that the application is filed with a week. Now I am missing a few things due to which I am not able to send in the application within that time frame.

Is this a big deal? Do I need to be worried? Or does it not matter when my application gets there?

medical is expired in one year, don't worry do it as soon as possible, medical will be still valid and just u have to go for additional follow up and emails. In worse case do medical again.

Dear All,

I would like to ask for a help. My mom applied as a refugee on 2008 but it was denied but stayed. She got married and applied for permanent residence visa through spousal sponsorship. She was "deported" in Canada on June 2013. She went home unescorted and paid for her own plane ticket.

now, the immigration sent us this:

Re: Your request for authorization to return to Canada
According to paragraph 52 (1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, any person deported from Canada cannot return without authorization.
In order to request this authorization, you must complete the attached application form and provide the following:
• a photocopy of the identification pages of your passport
• two identical passport-size photos (scanned or photocopies photos not accepted)
• all documentation related to your deportation
• a letter explaining the circumstances which led to your deportation and the reasons for which you now wish to be admitted to Canada
• processing fee of $400 CAD per person.

• The processing fee is not refundable, even if the application is refused. Please find attached our instructions for fee payment.
If an interview is necessary, you will be informed.
The decision to grant an authorization to return to Canada is made only following an evaluation of all the factors related to the deportation and the actual situation of the applicant. At this point, we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted. A deportation order is issued only when a person has made a serious violation of the Immigration Act.
In the case where a person has been deported by reason of criminal inadmissibility, the applicant must, except in exceptional circumstances, prove that he has been rehabilitated and is no longer inadmissible. If the crimes were committed in Canada, he must demonstrate that he has obtained a pardon from Canadian judicial authorities. This pardon, or rehabilitation, does not constitute a guarantee that an Authorization to Return will be issued.
The information, document(s) and fees we have requested must be submitted to our office within thirty (30) days from the date of this letter. Failure to provide the information, documents and fees within the time indicated will result in the refusal of your application.

As we read the email sent to us by the immigration, the is no attached application form. I also tried to look one in Canadian Immigration website but failed. if candidate is still interested to apply and come to Canada then this is the option and follow it, otherwise discard this email .

Hi All,

Been reading your posts and it's very helpful. It's been calling my attention to share to you my timeline. I'm not sure how this will help others but just like eveyone else - I'm anxious.

I'm keeping my faith intact. I know it will come very soon.. ;)

Timeline:

Dec 3,2014 - Upfront medical
Dec 22,2014 - sent app to CPC in Mississauga
March 6,2015 - CPC in Mississauga AOR
March 12,2015 - sponsor approved and app forwarded to CEM
March 24,2015 - CEM received the app
April 21,2015 - PPR
April 23,2015 - PPR sent along with the Appendix A
June 9,2015 - ECAS updated to IP

Right now, I'm still waiting. Some forums I read, once PP is requested visa will be stamped already. But for CEM i think when they request for your PP that will be the start of processing pa lang. Some says, they will approve the visa even beforetheeiration of your medical.

Kayo po, what's your insight? Thank you in advance. ;)

Thanks. But, is it okay to submit TRV even if my mom's application is for PRV through spousal sponsorship?

What do you think would happen to an Outland application if the two people got married while in Canada on a tourist visa. The husband a Canadian stays in Canada, the spouse returns and an application was started?
How would cic view this application?

That situation is not uncommon, and it is not in and of itself a problem. The application may or may not raise "red flags" as being possibly for a relationship of convenience for immigration purposes for other reasons such as the relationship's duration and whether the courtship proceeded in a culturally typical manner.

Application almost ready to go. A few final questions...

1) My son is Canadian. He only goes on Additional Family Form 5406...correct?
Sponsor questionnaire 5440 question 15. Do you have any children? Is he included here?

2) Sponsorship Evaluation...number 5...current undertaking. My wife and son so the answer is 2.
Just wondering because my son is Canadian.
Page 2 remains blank?

3) Medical Exam... My son doesn't go for a medical?
We can do the medical now and include with the apps?
We can choose any doctor off the Philippines list?

Thanks in advance for reply:)

Hi guys.
My wife is Canadian and she has got her SA. Right now we are waiting for an AOR2 fro Warsaw visa office.
We are thinking about visiting her family in Canada in October and I am wondering if it is a good idea? So we have 2 questions:
1. Can I travel to Canada while waiting for my visa or is it going to confuse the officers and give me problems with my applications?
2. Is it possible that the Warsaw visa office will ask me to send my passport within 2 month from the AOR2? Because if they do, I will have to send it and I won't be able to travel. Is that correct?
Please help and thank you!
