Hey guys, I was wondering if the online receipt printout needs to be filled out. I paid the sponsorship fees online and the receipt has areas to enter client date of birth, address and phone number. Does this need to be filled out? Thanks!

Yes it wise to fill them up manually or by tying one we have print out receipt of our online application.

No - there is no specific size. It's up to you to decide how many to submit.

You have to call the Canada revenue agency to get a copy of the option c. 18009598281. They will mail it to you within 10 days.

each country has specific guidelines, so if the guide/checklist for your country says the applicant needs to send 8 photos, then the applicant needs to send 8 photos.

Can some please tell my that if my husband is canadian citizen but living outside canada since Jan 2014 sponsored me in Jan 2013 and I got re medical and 2nd police certificate request again..would he living outside canadafor more then 10 months would affect my application at this important stage?

i am a canadian citizen, I have applied under spousal sponsoship for my husband last month that time I was living with my husband in bangladesh. but after applying , suddenly I had to get back to Canada. So my question is will it be a problem that I suddenly came back to Canada. And I was living in Bangladesh for more than one year. Do I have to inform cic that I came back to Canada ? If it is then how? Coz after receiving my application cic did not send any mail. My eligibiliti isn't completed yet.

My husband has sponsored me under spouse sponsorship through outland process.

We submitted our application on 10 june 2014 (130 days). It has been more than four months with no decision on first stage. We did multiple inquiries, involved our MP also. But everytime, we got the same answer i.e. the file is under process.

It is definitely not normal as the current processing time is 43 days.

Why is it happening to us? we have a very straight forward case, first marriage, no records.

What should we do. Please share you opinions...

In one of your post you said that you were able to log in using your UCI # and you can see application received and medicals received.Myself is the sponsor and i can not log in using my name .I log in using my application number and my husbands details . They usually email your SA may be it was in your junk mail or they sent it to the wrong email address .Hope this works out for you soon.

Once again CIC has my head spinning and blood pressure high with more bureaucratic bullshit. Please help if you can.
I'm approved as my wife's sponsor for her PR application that's being processed in Ottawa, since she's a US citizen. She is here in Canada on a visitor status that expires next month. We want to apply to extend her stay here. I created a GC key and MyCIC account so we could apply online, since the wait time is much faster. However, after I answer the questionnaire, the Results page lists 2 options: Family Class: Spouses, Partners and Dependents (Outside Canada) You may be eligible to come to Canada through Family Sponsorship OR
Visitors/Tourists (No temporary resident visa) - over 6 months You maybe eligible to travel to Canada as a visitor without a visa.
Since we already applied for PR I think option 1 doesn't apply. We want her to be able to stay beyond 6 months as a visitor so #2 seems to be the choice. When I click the continue button on that option, the only button I have available is to exit questionnaire.
Soooo... how the hell can I apply online for extension of visitor status
Any help is appreciated.

Same problem happened when I went through the steps. Hopefully someone has an answer
