Hello everyone..according to gcms notes..my medical was expired on 6 th Feb 2015..till date I have not received any Remedical letter..even I have sent them a email..but they don't replied...can I go for medical again without Remedical request...what's u r opinion or anyone having experience ..please share

Wait for them to request a new medical, since they sometimes extend the first one.

It really does depend on what the email said.

That is an AOR. Now you have to wait for them to review to get SA.

I just have a question for the people especially who are in the same situation i am in.

I am a Canadian Citizen and i got married twice. First time i got married, but got divorced. The 2nd time i got married, i sent all the divorces papers to CIC Mississauga

1) We received ****** application for permanent residence on November 3, 2014.

2) Medical results have been received.

3) We sent you a letter on January 28, 2015 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

This is what its said on the On-line services.

So my question is that, how long will this take to process. Medical has been done also. Does it really matter if some one is married second time. and if does how long usually it takes. I would really appreciate it who can help me out. i did my file through an WWICS and they said they are checking the file from march 2014.

Hi guys how long will it take usually to sponsor your husband and this is very important question. My husband mom died long time ago and they dont know about it so they cant provide any death certificate if ever they will request for it. Does parents information was reslly necessary if your doing the spousal sponsorhip? Please give me an idea. Thanks

Yes I think so. Just request the option C anyway, since it's free, and it shows that your wife is not on social welfare.

Thanks for your answer.
We decided to wait for the Option C Printout and requested it to a Canadian address. Our family member will send it from Canada to us by a priority mail. After that we will sent the whole package to CIC.

The reason they ask for family information is so you can sponsor them later . My husbands mother died and we didn't have to supply the death certificate. While my husband and i the sponsor has been waiting both my parents have passed away. I haven't informed CIC as i won't be sponsoring them obviously.

hello,
regarding "3) We sent you a letter on January 28, 2015 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

"
is this for your SA approval? If so, you should have received either an email or a letter from them.
