Quoted from Document Checklist.

Dear all.
My husband applied for me on the year 2012 from Quebec.I have recently received an email from the immigration officer that I must apply for obtaining Minister's authorization to return to Canada. For this I need to submit application and bank draft of CAD 400 as Cost Recovery Fee and CAD 1500 as Removal Fee.

I am not clear whether I should send the bank drafts and my application to the visa office at Singapore or to Canada. If to Canada, could you kindly give me the address where I should send the bank drafts and the application.

I appreciate your cooperation.

Hello members...
I need some help from you guys... I am a Canadian PR and getting married on 26th April in India.

Please if you can suggest me what to do after marriage... do we also have to do court marriage after or just get our traditional marriage registered under Hindu marriage act.

How would we get the certificate from the registrar of marriages.

Your help will be highly appreciated.

HI Guys,

I married last year in November and my wife is Canadian citizen. Now, I am thinking to apply the inland application because I am in Canada on work permit and working in one of the IT company.

Before applying , I am reading the documents and I found one thing that I want to clarify..

Information on Conditional Permanent Residence

Condition applies if the couple:

is married for two years or less;

Condition does not apply if the couple:

is married for more than two years;

What does this mean, so If i apply now then I will get some conditional thing??

I will appreciate if someone will reply.

Thanks

That means you would get conditional PR, where you must reside and stay in a relationship with your spouse for 2 years after becoming a PR. If you break the condition, you could lose your PR.

Hi! Sorry if I'm spamming the forum about my question . How many pictures of applicant should i submit together with the passport request. It is not indicated at the letter i received ,

Hey guys, just finishing my application for CSQ.
Just one question:
On the form, question 3
Identify information on family members of the principal sponsored person.
I filled with my wife's information, ok.
Then "is this person accompanying you to Quebec?

Ok, she's already living in Quebec.
Should I put yes or no?

If she's already there my friend then put no, if there is space can even specify already residing in quebec.

Hmmm I don't have a space to explain she's already living there.
Should I leave this section in blank?
