well put all 4 rows in the form and add a letter of explanation if you cannot put all the details in the form.
I actually have 3 FT positions so it won't really fit. I have created a new document named "LastName - FirstName - IMM5532 Appendix - 1" and in the form itself, for the last row, I have added "(Due to row limits, full 5-year employment history is in doc name)"
 
@YVR123 one more question if you happen to know:

Where should we upload the sponsor employment documents for spousal sponsorship? For example, checklist says we need to upload Notice of Assessment (NOA).

I can see two categories for this:
  • Employment/Source of Support (if I click on the info mark, it does say "Your most recent Notice of Assessment")
  • Notice of Assessment
Any suggestions? (for now, we've uploaded the same NOA pdf to both of these categories just to be safe)
