kindly guide on below situation.
i got letter from cic on 15 dec16 regarding to pay the rprf fee and confirmation of medical as cic mention that my medical will be expire on 5/5/17 and if i am unable tp travel before that date then inform the cic so they could req for remedical.
after that i have confirm them about my travel before the expiry , any how i didnot get any update from cic.

and now it seems difficult to travel before May-17,
what should i do now ? should i inform them ?

if you want to travel later than May 17 then inform LVO through urgent email/ case specific enquiry or else your COPR (whenever you reeive it) will expire by MAy 17.

Update:
Got DM on Jan 5th.

Today:
Immigration has asked for my husbands updated passport as it expires in May 2017. They have said to upload a copy of the renewed passports biodata page in 10 days.

Do I upload it through the CIC link my application site or the online london webform?

Any advice will be much appreciated! Thank you so much.

if you can see an upload option in the documents required section on mycic then you upload it there. Additionally you may upload the same using case specific enquiry.

I'm going to send LVO voluntary proof of my recent visit + support.

I'm planning to send the following:
- Passport stamps
- Copy of return ticket
- Boarding passes
- 5-10 pictures of my visit (dinner, etc with spouse and family)
- Money transfers since filing my application
- Chats and call logs (to the extent possible) since filing my application.

I'm waiting for my notes (should come this week or next week). 3 questions:

- Should I send this proof asap or wait for notes? Given June applications are currently being processed, would 1 -2 week matter in sending this evidence?
- I've seen different opinions on this here; should I send it via CSE or mail? or both?
- How do you think I should organize this i.e. create one PDF with everything with first page as a cover letter?

No update today from LVO I'd appreciate if you can provide some light on the above.

No update today from LVO I'd appreciate if you can provide some light on the above.

1. Send it to them both through CSE and mail since we have seen people mess up in the past when sending through CSE.

2. Create a cover letter talking about each items referencing them to each pdf with the same reference number. Or you can create a cover letter and then an index with dsicription of each item.

3. Visit information add value to your case I would send it ASAP.

You will receive PPR in your email or mycic account. If you have a lawyer ask them if they received any email from lvo.

If not then contact lvo through a cse specific query regarding ppr.

I suggest you send them an urgent query stating the name of the original documents you have still not received.

Also does anyone know who to contact regarding the conditional pr. I want to find out how long can the couple stay apart on a conditional pr like for like how many months. Please pm me if you know.

Brother. LVO is correct no one can expedite the process of spousal immigration, even the PM of Canada. For all urgent issues visitor visa is an option, but getting visitor visa is within itself an issue.

So I'm preparing the package, but the number of pages is coming out to be a lot ~ 130

- chat history ~ 70 pages (this is reduction from around 500 based on the export).
- call logs ~ 25 (screenshots from whatsapp)
- trip pictures ~15 (1 picture per page)
- Boarding passes ~ 3
- ticket ~ 2
- Payment support ~4
- Cover letter 1

Putting it all in PDF comes to around 3MB. Do you guys think the page count is fine? I know the count seems higher; however, I don't see how can it be reduced. I will be submitting it through CSE and printouts will be mailed to LVO as well.

Thoughts?
