Same thing with me i applied after 1 and half year of my marriage. Would that be a problem??
In this duration my son is born in Canada, i am PA in Pakistan.

Nope not an issue they will just ask u to explain that why u applied late. Also make sure to meet your son.

Actually I hav kind of same situation like urs
I had my rukhsati on the same day of nikkah in pakistan and after one week my husband did mehndi and walima
My rukhsati was really simple in between 25 30 fmly relatives even thou I was looking like a bride
Well we didn explain all this thing in our application (actually we had no idea it wud be that imp for the officer) just mentioned our nikkah then mehndi walima with dates and all
My husband went back to canada on 11th day after our marriage ,I went back to my parents house in saudi arabia nd after two months we went dubai for honeymoon
The thing is we didn explain the ceremonies well enough like why we did nikkah rukhsati together, why our marriage wasnt grand or why theres no actual rukhsati like our culture..the officer emailed us that hes not satisfied with our marital relationship, ceremonies limited photos specially abt rukhsati and called for additional explanation with relationship proofs else it was all going fake for him...we really got worried but then lil effort to recollect wtever proofs I had abt relationship marriage pics cds receipts call logs video chat pics tickets gifts receipts I sent them all again..and by sending all these proofs my background check went in process after 8 days...
Just dnt panic brother ..its there job to question

You are correct. People have different circumstances and each case is different and I am sure CIC recognizes that. They just want us to give pertinent explanation; otherwise its hard for them to connect odd dots with limited information.

I also applied for my spouse almost 2 years after marriage and I have given detailed explanation along with sufficient relationship proof. I am hopeful they won't ask for further explanation

Just read all the messages and remembered NDVO has the one of the highest fraud , yet there office approves PPR in 6 months. I would really like to ask CIC how much is the fraud percentage from pk? that warrants them to ask silly questions like two people having a kid and doing things together but no ruksuti means you are not genuine?? ???.......but of course! 1 year of cohibition is enough for common law application and approval. (peeeto apnay app nuun!! )

Should i send the proofs i have collected after filing application, or should i include current proofs and the proofs i sent with my application as well?

Br proof i mean chat/call logs, Money transfer receipts, plane tickets, gifts etc

no its rukhsti case.3 yrs of happy married life.yea my hubby visit me 2 time in this time for 40.40 days.yes we provide all things that u told.yes he sending money n we will give receipts now...but am talking talking about that it's normal thing or thing to worry..
