Got message from CIC that my Relationship is not genuine. What should i do next. Any advice will be appreciated:

Very respectfully brother that is not normal, get worried.
When they question the genuineness of your relationship and quote the immigration act that is PFL, not a normal doc request.

The fact you have not done rukhsati and then informed them you had honeymoon and cohabited was major red flag. In normal rukhasati later cases, ie doing nikka first then rukhsati after applying, the couple do not go for honeymoon or cohabitate.

If you were doing rukhsati later you should not have told them you had honeymoon and given them hotel receipts. You should have consulted someone before filling out your app especially if you were not doing rukhsati. They want things explained in a certain way, following our cultural norms.

You need to consult a lawyer asap to help you put together this package and explain your situation the way CIC wants it explained.

Imho, normal straight forward cases don't need a lawyer, others do, including any cases where CIC has to wave the 2 year conditional permanent residency ie when there are children in common. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2012/ob480.asp

Agreed! particularly, without rukhsati honeymoon and cohabition is not in any way normal in our culture. For me this really needs explicit reasoning. I totally agree honeymoon and cohabition without rukhsati has done more harm than good to your case, from simple to complicated. Other concern is that in most cases if the husband has no family in Pakistan then after rukhsati wife can stay in her parents house till PR, this is common. I would suggest you have to come up with a very strong reasoning other than what you have explained. I also agree that good consultants have many valid reasons that they can provide and means which they can guide you.

I have one more qurey I am currently in bahrain if I will got ppr in futuer so I have to go pakistan for passport submission or I have to submit here ? In bahrain no canadian embassy exist only counsulate availible.

Right of permanent residence fee is 490 you have the option to pay it later on.

Nabia had a red flag as she was older then her husband. She also had a lawyer and said they were not of much help. However, just the name and reputation of the lawyer if they are recognized by LVO could add credibility to your case, especially if it is not a normal case.

Any reputable lawyer would never take a fraud case ie one that did not have a genuine spousal relationship. It is what it is.

having a child together is not a red flag. that's precisely why conditional PR does not apply to applicants who have had children together.

Having a child together is absolutely not a red flag. It makes the case stronger and more genuine obviously. The issue is that CIC has to scrutinize the application more because it is not a straight forward normal case and in order to wave the requirements of the 2 year conditional PR.

Cic clearly wrote on their website that having a lawyer doesn't make your case stronger and wouldnt make the process faster. Her lawyer wasn't actually a lawyer but a paralegal. She requested cic to remove him as her representative a month before getting additional proofs request.
