Yes you r right... my first doc request was via letter attached.. but 2nd doc request was just in email text body so they themselves demanded from me scanned copy.. i hope i did rite thing??

It was clearly identified in my letter "Please respond using the address at the top of this letter and clearly indicate your file number for all correspondence you send to the High Commission of Canada, London, UK."

In your case, for the second request, they specifically asked for an electronic copy, so, what you did was correct.

FYI, I've already reached out to the PM and MacCallum. Both were useless, as imagined.

hi Seniors,

can i upload requested documents to mycic? as there are new tabs to upload documents when i get the request.

i was asked to provide updated schedule A background declaration form bearing original signature and police certificate(s).

i will send them by courier too the reason why i am asking is i was wondering if they will start processing further my case only when they get original documents or even by the scan copies....?

FLX, any update of passport? I submitted last Friday, the Imran Khan halwa is giving me anxiety, that things are going to shut down.
