no lol its not about harm..
Because they are early dec applicants ..

i applied on dec 2nd so logically i should be one of the first december applicants to hear something, but in reality it doesn't really work that way. the visa officers open up whole batches of files at once, so december applicants that applied after me could get DM at the same time as me or even before me.

i know that the PR card is given after about 3 months, but what if my wife needs to travel before she gets her card? can she reenter canada just by showing them the COPR in her passport?

airlines do not accept copr as travel document. they only accept visa/pr card/passport. So to enter Canada PR would be a must for airlines.

You can pay the RPRF fees online with a credit card. Send case specific enquiry to london and attach the receipt for it. Also explain that you are attaching the RPRF payment receipt. They will attach it to your file and voila!

Hey Flx, you can apply for single use PR Travel document.

Assuming you have already paid the Sponsor fee: $75 and Principal Applicant fee: $475

Go to the following link and choose RPRF

What i did is took the screenshot and pasted in word. 3 screenshots per page and then print them.

It show the below information.
"We started processing your application on May 25, 2016"

When i see on another side of Permanent Residence Application Status
It show the below information.
"We started processing Bilal Shaukat's application on July 26, 2016"
Which dates show ECAS status?
Kindly mention me

Sponsorship application column is for the sponsorship approval status that is when ur file gets transferred to the specific visa office
U have to see permanent residence column for pr application status ..

also, is there any way to contact them or email them regarding the returning of documents

Showing the COPR/passport only works when crossing from USA to Canada (land border crossings only), and that too in a personal vehicle.
Commercial travel (train or bus) won't work either.

Otherwise need PR Card, or the PR Travel Document (apply to Visa office overseas).

IF PR Card is received in her absence from Canada, maybe send it via courier or someone reliable to Pak.
