Note. The Form IMM0008(06-2002)E GENERIC is a very old Form, it should be new, here is link for one:

No you don't need to email as well it is one or the other better to just call and wait to get the appointment, did they ask you for photos?

Luckily I got the remedical appointment in few minutes today for 7th March...

My case is pending since 2012. Unfortunately, My spouse is found in-eligible to sponsor on bla bla bla reasons according to MP's office. However, department replied to me that CPC Missisagua will continue to process my case without any sponsor and for that reason they have recreated my application with new file No.

If Eligibility criteria was not met, then why did department processed that case and forwarded for next stage and now after almost four years they are letting us know through MP's office that main sponsor is not eligible. quite strange na???

I had already two medicals, background checks completed(as per MP). looks like i have to go through this process again???

Whats was the reason? why main sponsor is not eligible? Did he ever took the welfare? what was the reason?

[/quote] plz reply!!!!! salam everyone! Alhamdulillah i got my passport with matial status changed .But the given and family name is same as in other documents. Now im collecting the educational documents. For pakistan applicants they are asking for original documents but the problem is that they are in the custody of my medical university. Other problem is that my date of birth is different in matric and intermediate certificate while in all other documents its the same. So can i give my transcripts of matric, inter and current university? Help me please. Im so worried. Plz kindly replyy meee

I m 9 Sep applicant.. Still my Ecas showing In Process.. They asked for Urdu Nikah nama 2 weeks ago.. Since than no updates yet.

yeah i'm still waiting too. i think u mean jan 2016
i dont think i left any loopholes as far as the completion & perfection of my application - i also had it proof read by an immigration officer so they assured me i was good to go. but the wait is really bothersome.

i am starting a new thread so people like us that applied around the same time (6 months ago approx) can connect and compare our cases & also help eachother with the next steps.

Guys,

I am April 2015 applicant, I sent them additional docs but missed out original nikkah Nama n it's translation n because of this I waited for 3 months n got no reply then 3weeks ago I sent them the pending docs through email n got their aknowledgement twice and after 3 4 days I got remedical request so plz make it sure that u haven't missed out any document
