i just got the PPR on the email. can anyone please tell me, does appendix A require information of applicant only or the entire family. which means my kids and wife(sponsor) or i just need to send my info as my wife is already in canada.

Greetings to all! My wife just received the request to submit her passport to Islamabad for visa. Can anyone please advise as to how do I have to send the requested documents. I know for a fact that there is a designated courier service for this but do not remember the details.

I am already aware of your case and INSHA ALLAH the ordeal will be over soon. The problem with your case is that you applied in Mar 2014, at that time it use to take this much of time. I know now they are doing cases in 6 8 months..! But that is the trend with them.

I don't see any discrepancies in your case It would be more detailing if you can PM me the top notes in the GCMS Notes file to get a clear picture(after omitting personal details).
Secondly when was the last time you did a Case specific inquiry and what was their reply.?

hey guys i was wondering if anyone has sent in updates to LVO after a few months of their application being in process. I just paid a visit to my husband and alhumdulillah landed just yesterday. I was thinking to send them updates regarding this current visit with some pictures and other chat details.

Can someone tell me what is the LVO address to send voluntary updates & more proofs regarding sponsorship file???

I want to physically mail them the updates. I've had some friends do this after 6 months cause they made a visit etc & basically had more proofs etc to send & luckily (not saying this was the only reason) but there app was processed in 9 months.

Pls reply guys. Preferably someone who can share their experience & has sent updates. ;D

Hey... its good to send docs voluntarily for your recent visit but it doesnt guarantee a speedy process for your application. I visited my wife in Dec too and sent documents as well. It has been 10 months now since i've applied and no feedback from LVO yet. even my wife's medical is expiring in a week and she hasnt received any correspondence to re-new the medical or something. Nonetheless, I still think its a good idea to send documents of your recent visit to LVO as it shows that your relationship is genuine and you are both made for each other.

What city are you sending the passport from?

I have to send it from Karachi. I even read somewhere that now I have to submit it at the visa office in karachi and they will send it to Islamabad. Please advise.

Assalamu alykum folks

I applied in September 2015 and I've been requested twice after that for additional documents. (Nov 20, 2015 = Photographs and Jan 15, 2016 = Additional documents). Also I was requested a re-assessment of medical on Jan 15 because it said the previous one was expired. I have sent them the required documents as well as done the medical. When I go online to check my status I see there that they've mentioned sending me correspondence for additional documents but I wanna know if they also send an acknowledgment back when they have received it because I haven't received it and this is kind of making me restless. ( I do have proof of deliveries of both posts). My case officer is LJW-AW. Here's the details of my case so the timeline can be updated too.

As I called them and automated answering guided me to send them an email for appointment

The Recording where it tells you to email is basically their waiting for operator recording so if you keep waiting someone will answer. i suggest just wait you may have t wait 30-40 min before you will get through. once you select the canada option just stay on the line.

Does any one of you aware of Manitoba family stream, I have heard that you can sponsor someone from your family if you living in Manitoba for more than a year, but I can't find anything related to it (latest or official) online, is it still in effect.? or it doesn't exist anymore.?
