I am already aware of your case and INSHA ALLAH the ordeal will be over soon. The problem with your case is that you applied in Mar 2014, at that time it use to take this much of time. I know now they are doing cases in 6 8 months..! But that is the trend with them.

I don't see any discrepancies in your case It would be more detailing if you can PM me the top notes in the GCMS Notes file to get a clear picture(after omitting personal details).
Secondly when was the last time you did a Case specific inquiry and what was their reply.?

yeah i'm still waiting too. i think u mean jan 2016
i dont think i left any loopholes as far as the completion & perfection of my application - i also had it proof read by an immigration officer so they assured me i was good to go. but the wait is really bothersome.

i am starting a new thread so people like us that applied around the same time (6 months ago approx) can connect and compare our cases & also help eachother with the next steps.

I'm August 2015 applicant ... Still no correspondence, I even sent them additional documents regarding my latest visit. But still and my husband's medical will be expire in April.

hey guys. so my ECAS says "in process" since the very last of December & according to recent cases, people have gotten their DMs in 2 months approx. I provided ample amount of pictures & proofs but still no response yet.
any other people that applied 6 months ago, waiting for DMs? let's connect!!!

Yea same here applied in Sept in process since Dec-10. Still waiting on DM. any sept applicants that have had DM yet? did they ask you for any additional documents?

Be patient my fellow sponsors and applicants. I am a May 2015 sponsor and still waiting for DM for my wife too... God knows what CIC's criteria is when it comes to processing applications. I have seen people who applied after me getting PRR already and few individuals from as far as 2013 who are still waiting for their turn to come... so have patience and pray for all Insha Allah

hehe yeah we are impatient & looking at some recent cases after "in process" recent applicants have gotten DM after 2 months & then PPR & COPR both within few weeks time frame.

i know it varies case to case but for the most part if u've done everything thorougly we're forced to compare ourselves to other applicants who have gotten DM & PPR within 7-9 months approx

Yes you are right. The original urdu nikkah nama with all the signatures and union council stamp showing that the nikkah nama is registered, along with attested english translation.

Do not make the mistake of sending in nadra marrige certificate and its translation. It as to be the original urdu nikkah nama with translation.

plz reply!!!!! salam everyone! Alhamdulillah i got my passport with matial status changed .But the given and family name is same as in other documents. Now im collecting the educational documents. For pakistan applicants they are asking for original documents but the problem is that they are in the custody of my medical university. Other problem is that my date of birth is different in matric and intermediate certificate while in all other documents its the same. So can i give my transcripts of matric, inter and current university? Help me please. Im so worried. Plz kindly replyy meee

You dont need to change your name as long as the marital status is updated it will be fine. Why was your date of birth incorrect of your educational certificates? Get them fixed, if you cant get them fixed send an affidavit explaining why the dates are inconsistent. Same with missing documents that you dont have as you have submitted them to your university, send certified copies along with an affidavit giving them details of why you can not provide the originals and your student number and contact information of the university that has the documents so they can confirm your claim.

My spouse final destination in Canada will be Edmonton but port of entry is Montreal, is it ok to land in Montreal and do the paper work then fly to Edmonton or Landing in Montreal might cause any issue?

it was a human error date of birth is diff only in school certificate. In my university records its the original one. I cant make it correct because its a long procedure in pakistan. Will the immigration officers will cause problem regarding this? Or i can send my transcripts to them as my date of biryh is not mentioned in them. Reply plz

Yes u must send Urdu nikkah Nama and its English translation, I emailed them both n didn't posted them and they accepted the email so u can just send them in email...
