I will be leaving this forum in few days.Thanks to everyone , May Allah help us all , Aameen. If someone wants to ask anything regarding spousal visa can ask me for the next 2 days.. thanks again , specially to Mercy24 , Canvis 2006 , Sulemanmirza , Zameer2u , Sponsorfa , Yani , Aylia24, Naveedpcs,Haniya_T and some other members who made the journey of waiting for 34 months time period with positive attitude , having faith in Allah and believing that when the right time will come, the visa will come.I request to all of the forum members to remember me, my husband and our future generation, my parents and brother and sisters and their families in your prayers and I will do the same inshaa Allah.
I faced all kinds of moral, social ,family ,in laws pressures, fought with my husband some times as well and I do understand so many members are facing the same. Your tough time will tell u the meaning of sincerity and true love ( of your friends, family , spouse ). If u deal things with patience , I assure u , u will make it.Its useless and of no need to explain people around u again and again about your situation, better u tell Allah your pain and He will answer u positively , believe me. Feel the strength of Allah, u will be so much relaxed.

Is that necessary to mention all expired passport no and their photocopy while submitting application or only current valid pasport is ok?please give ur reply as i didn't mention my old passport n very much worried now .

No, you don't have to provide old passport numbers and copies but you do have to provide complete travel history.

Hello member, I have a question hoping will get the best feedback as usual . One of my family member has submitted her passport for visa stamp( Under Family sponsorship). She has been engaged and we were hoping to have her nikka done before she has booked her flight and landed. She has been mentioned single on her app.

Question: Is nikka would jeopardize her visa? Also assuming we get her nikka done and she is sponsoring her spouse in the near future, would nikka being done on a visa issued under a single status?

The reason of asking this question is pretty straight forward, saving time and getting spousal application in without wasting any time. Would appreciate your kind replies.

when she will get visa and after she get married, it will not effect any thing, just at the time of landing at airport if she is asked about marriage she must declare otherwise no need

Hi,

That is about right.. The High Commission in Islamabad is sending back the passports with the visa & COPR in 2-3 Weeks now a days.. Your wife should have her passport back very soon InshaAllah! =)

i have got my passport back with visa and COPR. all is set to go.

can somebody tell me where and how do they send me back my original documents like birth certificate, school degrees etc.

they had asked for originals to be sent in. and i need to know how i will get these back

will they send them back to my husband in canada? or to my address here in paksitan?

I m 2012 applicant，
submitted information page copy of passport on 05 December 2015，send inquiry through e-mail on 12 January 2016 with subject Urgent. No any reply and further correspondence from LVO up to now.

Hi Experts
My FSWP visa expiring in May 2016. I intend to fly in april. I want to know if at this time I get married, will it be possible to apply for my wyife as well or my option finished and all I need to do is to sponser her after landing and settling.
There is no advantage of getting married now in terms of reducing time line which people say about 3.5 years for pakistanies to sponser their spouse. Is it really true?
Plz advise too.

There is no minimum financial requirement for sponsorship.You must be getting monthly child benefits also right .?

Who told you it takes 3.5 years for new Pakistan immigrations.?? It is mostly taking around 8 to 12 months now a days and even less for some applications. I don't know why people are still thinking that they are in 2012 and 2013. Go and check the spreadsheet in my signature below. to get a clear idea of how many days it took for 2015 applicants.

I know my above message might be disheartening and offensive for the old applicants, I am just talking about the new applicants and the false rumors which are going around.
