Rs 600 per KG Door to Door delivery, Canada Customs charged $16.75.

Got a question. Once your additional documents sent voluntarily have been received by LVO, do they update your file online under Check Application Status to reflect this?

We are in the same situation sharing almost similar timeline I sent them additional docs 2 month ago and still no reply...let's hope for the best

Is it mandatory/recommended to get marriage status changed on the ID card and Passport with NADRA or does the original nikah nama and the computerized one suffice as far as legal documents are concerned ?

Second question on my nikah nama (NADRA one) both our status is listed as UNMARRIED. Are they talking about prior marital status or does this get picked from whether you have registerd/updated your status with NADRA or not.

salam.....no need to change the ID card. My visa process recently finished Alhamdullilah and when I applied, i did not change my ID card or passport. the important thing is that all the names should correspond. like name on the id and passport and nikah nama, other documents etc. and the computerized nika nama will suffice as the legal document of marriage.
and the unmarried status on nikah nama shows you status prior to your marriage,

It means Inshaa Allah by the end of this week I can expect a call from them to receive my passport.

Check the status online via Tracking ID provided by VFS Karachi. If it shows, "it has been dispatched"(means from islamabad to KHI) then collect ur passport/s after 24 hrs.

Sponsor has to update marital status in Canada as well.I think there is a system though which they update marital status in Canada. Sponsor does not have to change status on Passport or NICOP.Original nikah nama ( Urdu one ) with true translation and notarized as well plus computerized one from NADRA are also required.
2ndly yes marital status written on NADRA one shows prior marital status .After marriage ,1st Urdu Nikah nama is registered , then NADRA certificate is made , then CNIC is up dated , then Passport is up dated. This is the sequence.

They will provide interpreter at the time of interview.

You are working in UAE?.They request you to take a Original passport with you at the time of interview?.After this letter how many days they give you for the interview date?

I was asked to pay right for permanent residence fees last month which i did the same day and sent the receipt through email and and post to
lvo. Its been 8 weeks now but i have had no reply. Can someone plese tell me what to do in this situation?

This is all not true. I did not change status on CNIC nor the passport, neither did my husband. The proof they need is Urdu NikahNama and its translation. Thats all...
In Canada, your Notice of Assesment of the tax paid, or the Option C printout, needs to have your marital status as married, that too is not required as that document is for the previous tax year and one may not have been married at the time. There is no authority in Ontario that needs to have status changed as Married. I called a lot of places, including Service Ontario to ask how I could change my status and they all told me it is not required. Only the CRA needs the status change.

well i was asked for rprf fees too on 18th of nov since then its shows DM but no response after that send ecas inquirs too but no reply till now

Dont know whats taking them so long. I actually said in my inquiry that my wife is ill. Hope they dont ask for medical proof now.
