Hi Tony,
I applied online from abu dhabi. I just followed what were required for abu dhabi visa office. You can include as much as information relating to your application which shows and satisfy the visa officer that you will come back after your purpose visit. There will be a solid and valid reason to visit while your Pr in process. I think every case is different.

How much time VFS Karachi is taking for giving back stamped visa on Passport ??I think someone on this forum submitted passport on 12th january 2016 .Got passport back or not till now ??I submitted mine on 15th january 2016 , but no news till now , still waiting..

How much time VFS Karachi is taking for giving back stamped visa on Passport ??I think someone on this forum submitted passport on 12th january 2016 .Got passport back or not till now ??I submitted mine on 15th january 2016 , but no news till now , still waiting..

I know someone who submitted their's around the 12th of January, and got it back today (Stamped with COPR). So by that account, you should inshaAllah be getting yours by the end of this week.. I submitted mine on the 19th of January!

Hi , Congratulations to all of those who are getting there PPR's & COPR

Urgent information reqd.

I wanna ask few things

1- my sponsorship approval on 18th Jan 2016 and file transferred to LVO

2- As my wife is sponsoring me , so can she come to visit me now,as her sponsorship has been approved and file already transferred to LVO
3- if she can come for how long she can stay here with me .
4- what if my visa is issued during her stay?.
5- can they still call her for any interview kind of thing after sponsorship approval

Kindly some'one give me a satisfactory answer as i am dying to see my wife back here in Pakistan , May Allah Help us all

If Sponsor is PR , can visit Applicant for around 1 month. If citizen then she can live as long as she likes , but CIC may ask her to provide evidence , proofs , documents of her intension to live in Canada after Applicant's visa is given.
My husband is PR and he visited me twice , once for 1 months , 2nd time for 43 days, and there was no problem or query from CIC.

Got a question. Once your additional documents sent voluntarily have been received by LVO, do they update your file online under Check Application Status to reflect this?

Hi guys have a quick question

Is it mandatory/recommended to get marriage status changed on the ID card and Passport with NADRA or does the original nikah nama and the computerized one suffice as far as legal documents are concerned ?

Second question on my nikah nama (NADRA one) both our status is listed as UNMARRIED. Are they talking about prior marital status or does this get picked from whether you have registerd/updated your status with NADRA or not.

Hey Guys, has anyone here received a request to submit copy of passport instead of the original passport after DM? My eCAS was updated to DM around 12th Jan. And I got such an email today. Wondering if this could be because my wife already has a visitor visa, any thoughts anyone?

I do not believe it is mandatory to get the ID changed, I cant think of any place in the forms that asked me to do that. And on the Nikkah Nama UNMARRIED is referred to your status prior to Nikkah.
