When did the applicant do their upfront medical?

Ya I am regularly checking my email including junk mail. Have not received any re-med request yet. The medical has already expired as it was
done in June 2014.

Does the applicant receive the re-med request or sponsor?

I don't think you get my question. I have read the guide and it asks for originals. However, one of my friend who submitted the application few weeks ago told me not to send originals but send attested photocopy. I just wanted to confirm with those who have recently submitted their application, whether they have sent the originals (nikkah nama, degrees etc) or photocopies just like my friend. That particular friend took help with one of the lawyer in Toronto as well, who reviewed his application. His application has also transferred to London office already. SO I AM CONFUSED, even though the instructions are clear enough.

We can not set an example if someone has only sent attested copies of degrees & Nikah Nama and CIC didn't ask for originals. During the eligibility assessment of applicant LVO might ask your friend for originals.

For PAKISTANI applicants it is compulsory to submit originals else try your luck. It may add 1 more month to your file compare to avg processing time.

I would strongly recommend don't follow your friend and submit ORIGINALS along with the translations and affidavit as per CIC criteria.

After Sponsorship Approval LVO only communicate with applicant for all correspondence.

I submitted my "Re Med" on 18th May 2015. After few months my ECAS status changed to "IN PROCESS" Please tell me what does IN PROCESS means?

Is my application is on the right track? How long would this stage take before receiving PPR request?

My file is in interview que we got married in jan 2013 when we submit our application we can't registred our marriage in NADRA but now we registred and got registration certificate. My question is that in interview if visa officer will see the certificate and he said why u registred ur merriage after 2 years. Is that will be create problem for us. Please senior member quide me what should we do??

No one can exactly say how long......if you really wanted to know where your application is standing the best way to know is GCMS.

In-Process means now your application is with VO (Visa Officer), if your application is complete then InshAllah PPR is next.

Just an FYI, i received the notes which i ordered at the end of June which were subsequently generated in the beginning of July. According to them at that point my eligibility was still in progress and my security/criminality checks had not been started. Then these were all magically completed within a couple of weeks and i got ppr! So my point is do not make your notes the single point of reference for your case, these are also outdated sometimes. Also my ecas never changed like i mentioned before.

In the guide it says have to have write "married-physically present" for applicant and spouse but I'm un able to write this for applicant coz the coulum is small. Anyone tried to write that???

Why are you filling that form.? you are married right.? that form is for people who are living together but not married (as in western culture). Please read the guides above those form to get a confirmation of which form to fill and which not.

I have detected a mistake on my Urdu Version of Nikkah Nama which is issued from Mosque how can i get it corrected. Luckily i haven't made NADRA Marriage Certificate. Please let me know how can i get correction on my Urdu Version Nikkah Nama.
Applying for spousal sponsorship from Pakistan.My wife is a Canadian Citizen.
