I have detected a mistake on my Urdu Version of Nikkah Nama which is issued from Mosque how can i get it corrected. Luckily i haven't made NADRA Marriage Certificate. Please let me know how can i get correction on my Urdu Version Nikkah Nama.
Applying for spousal sponsorship from Pakistan.My wife is a Canadian Citizen.

If you don't mind sharing, what is the mistake so that we can better understand the consequence of it.

If not, then you are about to ask for this.

Yes, med was done upfront... It was done in June 2014.... Let's see if they can extend the medical or ask for re-med.

Click forward on the email you received so you can get the header along with message body.
Copy and paste to word or wordpad and print.
Provide a copy of the medical sheet you received from IOM (with UMI#).
Provide an updated PCC.
Provide a cover letter with explanation of the documents you have provided, advise them you had submitted upfront medical examination, quote the UMI and provide the date of applicant's medical exam.

You should also send an inquiry to canmedpk@iom.int.
Give an explanation that CIC has not received your medical with copy of letter/email. Provide the date of the medical, UMI# and location of exam. Also, provide a contact #.

Just an FYI, i received the notes which i ordered at the end of June which were subsequently generated in the beginning of July. According to them at that point my eligibility was still in progress and my security/criminality checks had not been started. Then these were all magically completed within a couple of weeks and i got ppr! So my point is do not make your notes the single point of reference for your case, these are also outdated sometimes. Also my ecas never changed like i mentioned before.

I received my notes on 22 july. But they were generated on 22 june. According to the notes my eligibility was passed but security and criminality were not yet started.

Did your notes say the same regarding security and criminality check?? i.e not started

with CIC nothing is single point of reference. You are shooting in the dark it's just that simple. Even if you order notes it doesn't help with anything except that you find out whether there will be an interview or not a bit before they actually call you in for interview.

Medical was DONE. & my file isn't even in process or anything. I think I'm the only one with such a long wait after re medical at least based on our spreadsheet, I think.

It means if they do an investigation into marriage fraud, do you consent to have the results of this investigation released to the sponsor.

Don't worry. Mine changed directly from Application received to Decision Made. It never said In-Process. Just hang in there. August should be a good month for us

i live in Canada and i applied for my wife she is in Pakistan

today we received an email about the police certificates and medical


Please be advised that, in order for us to continue processing your application, we require the following:

- Updated, original Pakistan Police Certificate(s). Police clearance(s) should cover both current and previous addresses.

- Your medical examination results remain outstanding.

Please submit the requested documentation/information to us within 45 days including a copy of this email as a cover letter. Please submit all the above documents to us at the same time, quoting your file number (shown in the subject line above) on all correspondence, including on the envelope.

i didn't understand that do i need to submit the medical of my wife ? is it a re-medical request or i have to submit only police clearance?
because we didn't receive re-medical request form with it

Please someone guide me who has knowledge of it
