Can you please let us know how to send these additional proofs and to what location / email ? I am the sponsor. Should i be sending these ?

yes sponsor should send it.......to the visa office where your file is.
Check with your MP to see where your file is, whether London or Islamabad.

No don't email Delhi office, delhi office gets the request for remed from LVO and they respond to that, before that they don't know anything about your case.

Secondly you are saying your ECAS Status is in process.?if it is then your case is pretty normal, just wait for the remed request keep an eye on both of your emails and when you get notes you would INSHA ALLAH get satisfied as it would let you know the working on your case, I am pretty sure they will be doing eligibility checks on your relationship.

My case is also in process and my medical was expired in may. they will send email relax. don't panic. sometimes ppl get request after 2 months and may be they have extended your medical you dont need to think positive.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

My lawyer received our original documents back from LVO today. Finally app is showing promise!

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

i want to ask that can interveiw be after remedical ? if Ecas status is in process and additional documents also has been sent already on demand of LVO.

Yes, although it is very unlikely, If eligibility checks are done after remed and docs asked in a try to waive interview with additional evidences then if they are insufficient interview can be requested. Ordering Notes can clear doubts about interview easily.

No idea about other embassy's timelines. Did you not ask them when submitting passport??

And you can submit to any VFS office nearest you. Not necessary to do it in Islamabad.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

Hi,
I am sponsoring my family from Pakistan, sent the application material to Mississauga in Jan, 15. Got email from CIC in March,2015 mentioning I met the eligibility requirements as sponsor.
The ECas status shows "Application Received".
My question is about the processing times. On CIC website they show 28 months (Family Sponsorship, London Visa office) but reading their explanation about the processing times, it seems its only the time for past applications. This, in my opinion does not reflect the expected time an application may take.

Will appreciate your opinion?

Thanks

Yeah it doesn't. Even though it depends from case to case but Most of the cases are being completed within 12-14 months. You can check the time sheet for Pakistani applicants.
