Our timeline is same. My medical is expiring on 7th april. Last Friday I received an email from LVO that my file is awaiting officer review. Our file was transferred on July 30th to LVO. We sent additional document earlier this month and maybe that’s why they pushed our case back? I don’t know. Also, my case started as nikkah only and earlier this month I sent them proof of rukhsati etc voluntarily. Maybe they are treating my case as nikah only.

We sent you a letter on March 12, 2015 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

And today I relieved an email that photo specification for my spouse is not as per standards please resend 4 pictures within 45 days , any clue guys ? If it's going to slow down my process

I provided them with a explanation letter saying that im staying with my wife because she cannot accompany me to Canada yet so i'll be waiting for her PR to be issued so she can come along with me. I also told them about my work which was basically online and that i still file my taxes in Canada and maintain a bank account and good credit history. Also told them that i was re-paying my OSAP every month. I also provided them a letter from my father who is in Canada and that me and my wife will be staying with him when we return to Canada. Also my sisters live there so provided a letter form both of them that they know abt our plan to move to Canada and that im only in Pakistan because my wife cannot accompany me in Canada yet.

@ myself777 Assalam-o-Aleikum, well this is harsh.. but its a fact.. it doesn't matter if CPC Mississauga approved it; its LVO who are final authority to approve the visa, Question remain, why would sponsor living outside Canada exclusively? you have to prove it, with documents.. such as.. ask anyone in Canada, family or friends, to write a letter that sponsor and his/her family will come back and live in Canada once Sponsored person gets the VISA.. see I have the same situation.. but I have a different reason.. (I am disable, and its really hard for me to live by myself, also my family, whom I am sponsoring, have no person to look after them, so I have a genuine reason but again I am not sure weather they will accept my case, even though I have the letter from ODSP (Ontario Disability Support Program).

waliqum asalam! I did provide them all the proof and letters from my siblings and my father and friends who are all in Canada. but i think it was not enough for them so that's why they asked abt it again. But now i provided them with a detailed action plan on how me and my wife would start a life in Canada. from the day we land and up untill the next year. step by step. with proofs about my work and my wife would be enrolling in a university and proof e-mails about that. Lets see if they get convinced.

Well, you have to provide them with whatever they ask, no matter how many times they ask for it. Its a condition for the sponsor to move back to canada, once the applicant is granted a visa. All you have to do is, provide them with evedience that how and when will you move back. Have you applied for jobs? Did you get any offers? Also, accommodation details. Lease papers? Or if you plan to live with your relatives, get notarized letters from them,stating, that you will be living with them when you land until you find yourself proper accommodations. Convince them that you are fully prepared to move back as soon as the applicant recieves the visa. Hope that helps. Best of luck!

Ur lucky i havrnt got any single mail from lvo.like none nd his medical will expire on 9th april... im freaking out mine is ruksati case should i email thm???

How long does it usually take for VAC to get the passports back from CHC-I ?
