Hello any news about agust files???

March was very slow as compare to February , I didn't see any considerable leap in the cases, only astonishing thing was opening of some September cases for no apparent reason. Lets hope good from April. , I don't know if anyone is that anxious like me, that I even noticed that in the processing times page they changed the color schemes of that page last week.

its so desperating today i get email from london visa office they never received my orginal police certificate but i send then on febrary 10 and tcs status is saying delivered and assign by adam they gave 30 more days to provide i dnt know what to do where my orignal documents gone any body know the answer reply me

If it has been delivered and signed, its THEIR responsibility to find the "adam" who signed for it and see where he put it. Send them the status message.

I had a friend who applied a long while ago, and it took her 8 years. Only because one careless officer accidentally put her file in the "reject" pile. After about 7 years. They figured the mess out, and all she got was a "sorry". Well sorry doesn't bring back the years of delays of her getting her husband here. She has 2 children at this point. Reason for this example is to prove, that the people at the visa offices DO make mistakes and HAVE made mistakes. If you sent the police certificate and you have proof that it has been delivered, send it to them! Show them that you have done your job so they can find what you sent.

It's so irritating to hear that, from an organization at the level of high commission showing this level of negligence. I would also say TCS is the most unreliable mailing service from Pakistan when it comes to international mails.

sir, if you have photo copy of police certificate then send him by e- mail with tcs receipt and also wrote a letter of explanation that in your office that person receive my postal mail . Do it as soon as possible. I think like this he will accept your request. All the best. Naveed

Are you sure u sent it to right address nd rite department?

yes i send them tcs online status which is showing delivery date and person name i also send them the scan copy of certificate again and they said they send me email on 27 january for 2nd police certificate but they are wrong they asked on 9th febrary

Just send them what they are asking for then. You can't win with these people. That is all you have left to do at this point. They want another one, even after you sent them the proof. send it to them and fulfill their request.

Its frustating to see march trend. It was expected to be fast due to last month before budget. Very few people get response from lvo. Dont know what they have plan after budget.

Well the landing fee request is technically something that he should have submitted with the other PR fee. This is the right of permanent residence fee. We submitted this yesterday, its better to be forthcoming with these fees. If they end up asking you to submit fees or docs it generally ends up delaying files.

My file was transferred to LVO 30th April 2014. Lvo asked additional documents in jan 2015 (communication proofs) i send them all my viber, Skype, Facebook, tango & magic jack calls and messages history after one week of their request. I also send them pictures during my spouse stay in Pakistan and copy of entry and exit stamps & tickets .No response from Lvo till now.
