Just send them what they are asking for then. You can't win with these people. That is all you have left to do at this point. They want another one, even after you sent them the proof. send it to them and fulfill their request.

First of all prayers for everyone who are waiting for their spouses.
I have a couple of question, I have applied for my spouse in July 2014, stage 1 approval received in Sep 2014, still no updates after that. Now I recently visited my wife in Pakistan, should I send the LVO my visa entry/exit stamps and my ticket records by myself? Would this help or should I wait for them to ask for this if they do? If I do send LVO those documents, where would I send them (mail or email?), I believe they have changed their mailing address? Thank you for your time and again wishing everyone the best!
Second question, is it a good idea for us to apply for a visit visa for our spouses while we wait for the PR case? I heard if the spouse has a strong ties in Pakistan, and can prove them to the visa officer, they might a visa (since the PR stage 1 is already approved, so they know the spouse will have to come back to Pakistan after the visit expires)?

Salaam .

Don't worry.. Your case won't get rejected if it's nikkah only.
LVO will do 1 of 2 things.. Either they won't ask for anything (which is what happened with my case) or they'll send you a letter requesting you to go through with rukhsathi. Once you do that you'll have to mail them proof that you've performed your rukhsathi & send them proof such as the invitation card, pictures of yourself & your spouse & with family members, pictures of guests, etc.

If you can.. Perform your rukhsathi before LVO even asks you to. In my opinion, it'll save your case a lot of time & may help ease it up & make the process go a little faster .

its so desperating today i get email from london visa office they never received my orginal police certificate but i send then on febrary 10 and tcs status is saying delivered and assign by adam they gave 30 more days to provide i dnt know what to do where my orignal documents gone any body know the answer reply me

My husband sent his upfront medical in November 2014 and I did a case inquiry in March 2015 confirming that they received it and they told me they didn't receive it and to send it again! I was pretty shocked. So my husband inquired with TCS and Islamabad medical office and it seems to have been received. So I sent them an email again saying this is not possible that they didn't receive it and what not. A few days later they replied saying they received it now! What liars, probably misplaced it.

Even when my brother sent his wife's passport for visa issuance to Islamabad and photo copy to London through email we asked our MP after 2 months to inquire about why it was taking so long to stamp visa AND THEY SAID THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE ORIGINAL IN ISLAMABAD AND THE EMAIL PHOTOCOPY IN LONDON! which is obviously not possible. But I don't know how somehow a few days after inquiring we received the passport in TCS with visa?

You can ask your MP to inquire and tell him how its been received and signed for so he can tell them that. InshAllah I pray everything works out for you

I think LVO follow new time which is 29 months.It was just rumers that they finalaize cases in 12-15 months.

thats not true...there was an email from LVO which explain the reason of 29 months...
avg processing time is 11 months not 8-9 months....so If one is July transfer one, then wait until June 2015.

I am also on the same boat and I can pray for everyone out there waiting..IA everyone will hear good news in April...

Thanks to All Almighty today i received my passport back with visa
it exactly takes us two years
My full timeline is as
File applied March 2013
Sponsorship approval april 2013
remedical req oct 2014
remedical done oct 2014
rprf+ proofs of residency request dec 2014 sent jan 2015
police clearence req feb 2015 sent in march 2015
ppr march 2015
pp back on 2 april (only after 8 days of submission)

My husband recently got request for ppr1 can some one tell me where are we supposed to send the copy of passport and documents. They says you have to send it to Islamabad office but can someone tell me the address where to send.

Well if it is just the travel I won't say wasting your and LVO's time for just visit correspondence. If it is something more important than that like if she got pregnant or something that is a different scenario.

For Visit visa chance of decline are 99.5% as your application is in progress. They also know that spouse would want to stay in Canada till her immigration process is complete, if you can make out very genuine reason and evidences of all their queries then there is no harm in it, but I did every possible document I could attach, letter from MP, letter from my work that they can't give me vacation to meet my wife as the project I am working is vital for the province. etc etc, but I got rejected.
