Hi,
I submitted my husband's application in Feb, 2014.
It got approved in March, 2014. LVO contacted in December, 2014 and asked for more proofs of contact. They contacted again Feb. 2015, and asked for my husband's re medical examination within 7 days, so now what's next?

How much proof of contact you send first time when you submitted the file. Why did they asked again?

did you send it through tracked mail.?if it reached CPC Mississauga it will take at least 85 to 90 days (depending on the processing time) for step 1 sponsor's approval, you will receive your AOR approval letter. Keep an eye on the step 1 (assessment of sponsor), it will give you a good idea when to expect a correspondence from them.

Current processing time for stage 1 is 85 days, so wait once your assessment will complete they will email you. Now they are working on files received by November 25, 2014.

I am not sure what we can conclude from your notes. What your initial thought is? I am wondering that almost two weeks ago LVO contacted july31 file transfer and they didnt contacted any of august file transfer yet.

My hopes are high , that I might receive a correspondence near the end of March. But I think I ordered notes too soon, my real problem is my wife is 2 months pregnant and I am puzzled either to quietly wait for them to send something, or let them know about the pregnancy with my trip information and communication before hand, (as suggested by Zameer too) , that is what I will do for now, as the pattern is going all applicants are getting remed requests and that means (for me) to wait till baby is born. quite perplexed May ALLAH help me and others in this predicament.

anyhow, we sent all sorts of proofs, like viber, email, whatsapp and skype histories. Should i be worried?

Congratulations on Good news from your family. I think you should forward these details before hand. I am also thinking to send my proof of contacts. I hope we should hear from LVO by the start of march.

Nothing to worry about they ask many people to send their proof contacts.

on 10 of this month and I dont know why they ask as i apply thorugh lawyer so may be my lawyer did some mistake.

Oh that is a good news then, it means your case is in progress, but why they asked for Schedule A (Background/Declaration) ..? that form is not updated from 2012, only IMM0008 and family details IMM008DEP got updated on Nov 2014. Was there any reason mentioned in the email.? and when exactly you got the email.?

thanks Zameer and what happen when you re submit it again as my scheduler A is remain same and nothing change on my schedule A.

No need to worry as Suleman mentioned, the form may have not been updated since 2012

but the info in Scedule A Question 8 where they ask the time line of principal applicant, has not been updated by Aylia since 2014 May(when he applied), so that is why they ask for updated schedule A form. It is very common and lots of people are asked to re-send it (including me)
