what is the normal trend when case is in process and will new increase time line will effect existing in process case. As per current trend their is 4 to 5 month between in process to decision made. Any one know exact process when they need to call second medical and what background check contain and how long it will and how you know that their is no need of interview if we do not order notes.

All those members who got passport back how and when did they get the original documents back. My case was processed through London and I haven't received my documents back. Though I got my passport back with visa few days back.

mostly are not open and still application recived and few lucky members files are in process. bettet to check on every wednessday(if you live in pak).

Yeah... any answer or advice given here is what we know of experience right. From the advice you have given me, i can say that you know where your coming from. Our answers are all based on what we know, and our knowledge, so no one is wrong... We do not ALL cases, we do not work in the lvo office. Thanks for the good advice!

All those members who got passport back how and when did they get the original documents back. My case was processed through London and I haven't received my documents back. Though I got my passport back with visa few days back.

I got mine back after stage 1 approval. It was sent from Missisuaga. You may send email pt LVO and call Mississuaga call center too to know about them.

When they call for second medical before background check or after background check. What they do at first and after submit additional document what they do either put in quee or resume working on file.

Additional docs req always delays the case as your file is put aside till then, BG might be done at that time if PCC is not requested, otherwise not.

thank you so much and what is PCC (police character certificate). they just ask me scheduler A and proof of residency of my wife who live in Canada and I live in pak. what is your opnion what will happen on my case should they call me re-medical in feb or march as i did in last feb.

Additional docs req always delays the case as your file is put aside till then, BG might be done at that time if PCC is not requested, otherwise not.

I assume that your wife is PR holder that is why they have asked for proof of residency otherwise it is rare to see this request if the sponsor is CA citizen or National. They think that your wife is not living in Canada that is why the proof is asked. It is okay and send them all the proofs of her being in CA like med insurance, grocery slips, pay stubs, house rent (if any), phone bills etc.

Yes it is pretty sure that you will be asked for Remed as feb is almost over now. OR they might give you med extension if you have already got PPR2.

I would like to congratulate you on doing such wonderful job. I have few queries regarding my husband case

I applied for his sponsorship directly from Canada last year in May 2014. Website says processing times for sponsorship is 36 months for Pakistan is it true? or should i follow London office

After 8 months i received an email from LVO asking for CSQ; Quebec selection certificate and other documents so what it means

I want to ask about the status of my application?

How long would it take more for my husband to land in CANADA ?

No body has the answer to the question. If everyone knew when lvo would issue people their visas then stress would be low for many people. If they asked you for additional info it means ur file is being looked at. Which i can only assume is a positive point for u. Send them what their asking for and in shaa Allah all will go well and fast. Have faith in Allah

When they request second medical then they start back ground check. This means your file is ok and they will never request a second medical if your case is not good.

When exactly did you get requested for the csq?
