Okay quick question.

Regarding the interview. My husband is super nervous.

He knows all the wedding dates. If he forgets the day we met
Or proposal date. Can he honestly say that he doesnt remember rather then giving the incorrect answer?
or is that not an option. So many dates to remember
As a human people make mistakes. What happens in that case?
they just assume its not genuine and reject?

Salam, if your husband did not remember some dates then he reply the officer I donot exact remember maybe date is this, ( in some miner question he can say sorry I don't remember )in his way officer knew very well some people did not remember exact dates or phone numbers . So donot worry. If your answer are 80 to 90 persent right then you are winner. Best of luck and call to husband that just pray and take it easy. If your marriage is reall no body drop him. Good luck. Its just 4 months passed since you applied, atleast wait 5 to 8 more months to get a clear picture, as of now you won't get anything in the notes. I just received my notes today and there is nothing done on my file , even a Visa officer is not assigned yet.

Sometimes when they start process and they see its a simple case they start everything at this point!!

So what you wrote here is total wrong....... Get facts right first time and no need for error.

This is what mostly is done, I have written clearly 'WHEN/IF Needed', I have not given a hard and fast rule. So what I wrote is NOT wrong.

Not in all cases...

For mine my mp called me back in June and had told me a background check was being done on my file, and to contact her in November. November they red flagged my file cuz of rukhsati. and now im at this stage! I think its different for all cases. It depends whose working on your file.

Yeah... any answer or advice given here is what we know of experience right. From the advice you have given me, i can say that you know where your coming from. Our answers are all based on what we know, and our knowledge, so no one is wrong... We do not ALL cases, we do not work in the lvo office. Thanks for the good advice!

I just received my notes today and there is nothing done on my file yet, even a visa officer is still not assigned. There is nothing in the notes. Can anyone who have a better understanding of these notes answer my following questions please.
1. What is undertaking Length (Months): 36 means.??
2. What is location : PA - Put Away means in Paper file history 1.??
3. In attachments I just see financial Eval. form IMM1283, IMM1344A, SPR information, I have even sent many original documents how do I make sure they have reached them.? or where are they?
4. Can someone explain the medical description: " No health impairment sufficient to prevent admission for medical reasons under section 38 (1)(a)" ..?
5. What is reason for closure: Granted means in the medical.?
6. What is Status : NRT means in INFO Sharing and type: Biographic..??
7. In history and Application status 1, app status reason: In progress what is that means.??
8. And my main Notes (note 1) text is " sponsorship decision: passed. GCMS Check: No relevant/material found.Correct fees allocated, proof of relationship submitted between SPR and PA:- Marriage certificate case forwarded to visa office for processing. R.11 based on: country of nationality - London" .? what is that means.?
9. Is there a way to find in these notes, what they will do with my medical.? also is there anything vital which I should highlight in these notes, which gives me any updates on my case.?

Your answers are as follow :
1. it is the amount of time (36 months) your sponsor is resposible for your economic welfare,shelter and well being when you go to Canada (it does not mean at all that your app will take 36 months)

2. Location of the physical file (paper file) is shown as put away(PA) for all of the applications go to London, they scan it after 4-5 months to convert paper file into e-file to work on it as everything is now done is on e-file

3. they have your orig docs, dont worry, they do not show the docs list, only the forms.

4. it means your upfront medical was gud and your file wont be rejected on the base of medical as you cleared it.(congrats)

5. no idea !

6. status show the status of your file (open, close , in process ) if its empty that means your file hast been open yet for review.

biographic refers to the places you born,studied, stayed and all that

7. 1= open and the reason shows that your case is in open status and will be reviewed when the time comes.

8. sponsorship decision: passed mean your sponsor is eligible to sponsor u to Ca.
and rest is what it says : simple : proof of relationship submitted between Sponsor and Principal Applicant - Marriage certificate case forwarded to visa office for processing.
are you UK national ? if yes then your file will be processed quickly ,

Once your file is transferred over to London then the real long wait begins. I sent you a private message.
