Hi, one of my friend's niece applied for spouse visa in march 2014 and she has got PP request for visa issuance.. anyone here knows about same example? I applied in May 2014 and file was transferred to LVO in July 2014.

I do not remember the id but Yes I saw a case here who applied in Apr 2014 and got PPR2 in Nov 2014

Hi guys my wife aubmit my application to cic mississuaga at 14 november 2014 and in proccess time i check it shows that they r working on aplications recieved at 14 october2014 so should i wait till it reach to aplication 14 nove 2014? And it move very slow in procees time

No, You have to wait for couple of weeks/months. Where is your application transferred from Mississauga to? London or Pakistan?

Hello can anyone tell me if there has been any PPRs or visa issuances for applicants who applied in 2014? and what are the trends? till when the 2014 applicants can expect their decision made if stage 1 has already been cleared

Lesser than 12 months now onwards, there is an Apr 2014 applicant who is asked for remed.

From what I can say its taking an average of 15-18 months including stage 1 and stage 2 with re-medical and visa issued on your passport for majority cases if your file is transferred directly to LVO. My guess is applicants who applied in the beginning of 2014 should have spouse pr completed by late spring or early summer of 2015.

i would like to ask you a quick question i applied for my wife in Dec 2013 and my wife receive a email for medical in december 2014 and my online status is changed file receive into processing. but after my wife medical i add-on 4 years old my baby girl. do you know how long LVO takes to process my baby file and how long will take the whole process now ?

Yes it can sometimes take upto 2 months for ATIP notes.
Email them (atip) and request for status update for the notes.

I have one question. I heard that medical is valid for one year, if its more than one year since medical is done should we get remedical by our self and forward to LVO so that time can be saved.
In my case medical was done in Nov 2013. File is transferred to LVO in august 2014.
should i get remedical done again and forward to LVO?

I believe you have to wait for LVO to request another medical. You can't just go in for medical on your own.
PS-I have had a case just end of 2013 where his case was dragged on for almost 4 years and still they never asked for remedical, don't know and can't figure out why they didn't. But his first medical was just good enough.
So what I'm trying to say is just wait and see if/when they request medical.
