Hi Everyone, I am new to the forum and would appreciate your kind help.
I've recently got married and after the marriage recieved medical request. Now where should my wife send the application
for spouse visa... Is it Missisuaga or london office.
And also in whose name the bank draft should be prepared or should i go for a credit card payment..

all that information should be with the application forms. Or on CIC website. But you send your side of documents first for initial assessment to Mississauga with all the forms & important supporting document.missisuaga office sends the whole package to LVO itself.

I have applied for my husband in first week of November 2014, then the assessment of sponsor was approx 35 days now suddenly it jumps to 61 days and i am travelling to Pakistan in first week of January 2015 and im still on PR. my question is .

1. Can i travel outside Canada while my application is in process and it is in assessment of sponsor ?
2. Is this going to effect our application ?

as far as I know it won't effect your application & yes you can travel anywhere you like. You have nothing to do with it once you sent your application out to CIC. Whether they accept you or not you will be informed by email which you can access from anywhere in the world.

How to fill rprf receipt ?

1. Name (sponsor name is already written ) as he paid with his card
2.DOB of client # whose date of birth will type here.... sponsor or applicant ?
3. Client ID Identification ....what to write here?
4.Address ....hows address will come spinsor's address or applicant's address ?
5.postal code?
6. phone number ?

Well according to CIC a PR shouldn't leave Canada during the sponsorship process. Now I don't know why they have this restriction and secondly how would they know that u have gone outside Canada

During first step you have to stay in Canada until first step passes.

I note that your sponsor has been educated to a higher level than you. I am aware that it is unusual in Pakistan for a man to marry a woman who is educated to a higher level than he is. Please explain why the match was arranged between you and your sponsor, given your apparent difference in educational level.
Also they required proof, I'm (sponsor) present in Canada.

I want to ask you guys, How many more months require to complete this process?

so what explaination did you give them for marrying a girl with higher education?
Feel free to inbox me if don't feel comfortable posting here. Will appreciate it-as im in kind of the same situation as my wife is more educated than im.

Hello Friends I just receive my Notes. They put me in interview que. But due date was 21st November 2014 . VISA officer decide to put me in interview on 15 August 2014 Now almost 4 months passed in total and I have no clue of interview. Kindly help and suggest me what to do now?
I also request to those people who done with their interviews kindly help me in this regard. What kind of questions they asked in interview?

its weird because for what I understand,they usually do write their concerns also in those notes. And some of us do prepare ourselves for interview accordingly.

Finally they opened march files.... cant wait for them to open july ones
