My husband has sponsored me under the family sponsorship ( spousal case ) and he is Permanent Resident in Canada.He is going to apply for citizenship .If he comes to visit me out of Canada,,for how long he can stay with me??My husband has visited me twice,,but he didn't stay more than 45 days out of Canada on both occasions.

My husband has sponsored me under the family sponsorship ( spousal case ) and he is Permanent Resident in Canada.He is going to apply for citizenship .If he comes to visit me out of Canada,,for how long he can stay with me??My husband has visited me twice,,but he didn't stay more than 45 days out of Canada on both occasions.

He can stay with you for few months. He has to spend at least 180 days a year in Canada.

It is totally up to the applicant whether she goes for X-rays during pregnancy or not. They do not insist you nor mind BUT remed is incomplete without this and she will be asked for X-rays later after her EDD.

If we send the medical without XRAY , Does that means she will not get the PPR done until the baby is born in Pakistan and his documents are submitted too.??

Yes in case of pregnancy if the X-ray is deffered/postponed she will not get the ppr. Cuz the medical process is yet to complete and the new baby has to be included in the application to enable both mother and baby to land in Canada.

when we contact MP ,,what are the steps they carry out to inquire about our application?? they ask us to fill forms ,,write application,,submit any fee etc ??what preparations we should make before contacting the MP ?

You need your file number, and your spouse's full name and birthday. Thats all mine asked. and i was asked to come into the office to talk about my case more, and there she gave me a form to fill out and have my husband sign. its not really complicated ;D

You need your file number, and your spouse's full name and birthday. Thats all mine asked. and i was asked to come into the office to talk about my case more, and there she gave me a form to fill out and have my husband sign. its not really complicated ;D

Which kind of form it is ?? and after how many days they told u the result ??what is the result pattern ??They will inform us via mail,email or we have to go to their office to get the answer ??

i think he can live as much he want my wife lived 6 months with me
